The only 2 issues are slow sometimes, and get disconnected some times

It was good because from china it's the only way to provide videos on youtube. But i must say, the enterbet speed og the connection decrease a lot using another ip. But, for sure i will use again next time i have to fly to asia. Thank you!

the service was ok. It kept cutting off and I had to reconnect quite often but being in China ...for the sites I required I had no choice .... So it was ok. Connectivity should be improved but a pretty good service.

Excellent service

I have no idea whiter or not GoTrusted has improved service since I left China. I can tell you that I paid for several months service for the privilege of being an Alpha phase tester (2014). Most of the time it just plain did not work! When GoTrusted finally set me a patch that did get a stable connection it was SLOOOOW! I could turn off GoTrusted and get something approaching reasonable speed. To get to blocked sites was possible but most sites timed out before the front page loaded. Watching the news just was not going to happen. Movies...?Yes!!!On a CD!!!! GoTrusted got the money and my Alpha tester report. Next time? I do not think so!

Used Rarely (too busy), but worked well

The VPN connection kept dropping during sessions in various cities in China, such as Yantai in Shandong. This was very aggravating. So I stopped using it and asked to terminate the service. Support is good -- very responsive, but was not of any help.

VPN with GoTrusted gave me a wonderful communication to the world in China. It was very nice for me to get communicated via Google, FB, and Twitter, etc. Nice service as well~!

I was a customer of GoTrusted for many years, but they have not upgraded there services that I am aware. The service is slow and options are few. I recently made a change and I cant believe the speed and options available. PureVPN is tops....bet we will see how they perform over time.

trust worthy and reliable vpn provider, but if more than two devices connect at the same time, one device tends to disconnect easily.

Contacted support when I experienced isues and was able to connect and reach the website with their proxy. response was very quick.

I mostly had a good time with GT; it was fairly reliable in China and more reliable than other providers I used. It's great for BBC iPlayer...

In both attempts to access GoTrusted thru our internet provider did not work. Customer service was right on top of helpful information or changes that may have needed to be made to solve the problem. But, learning that it is our IP in our area that was not up to providing the service, GoTrusted customer service promptly refunded the subscriptions with no problems.

Your VPN type program works very well in China whereas the other one I had used was always getting kicked off. I'd say your website needs improvement, I could not sign up for one month only, I work a month on month off and don't need it whne I'm not in China. Tried to look up my account today and could not get anything listed.

It was good, I connected well the majority of the time however it was often slow and I play league of legends on it and to play on the North America server was nigh on impossible. You said to connect to the standard mode but it simply wouldn't let me :/ which was a let down and disappointing. I will continue to use the service however this will be after Christmas when I return to university and have to use the service again, I hope I'll be able to use the standard mode by then as well

Could never work with my excede internet. I don't know if I went a day over my trial but please don't charge me.thank you

Initially it worked as advertised when I travelled overseas. After the 1st few months I was unable to initialize the tunnel and couldn't set up the VPN. On the rare occasions it would connect it would almost immediately drop the connection and not be able to reconnect.
