The VPN system is helpful but also performance is spotty. A system that performs without interruptions would be more valuable. Also, some of my websites do not recognize my personal device when I use the VPN, and utilize more extensive tests on identity when the VPN is up and running.

I use Google Apps as my professional email. When travelling in China, I found several restrictions to access Google. With GoTrusted, I was able to overcome these restrictions and stay in touch with my team. Regards

On the few occasions I needed to use Go Trusted I could not get it to open. Was being told it was already open & running & I could not use it. I'd have to close it before using it. However, it was not open on my computer. So, as far as I was concerned it was just a worthless pain in the arse & was costing a monthly fee.

Here in Nanjing, China, I found it frustrating how often I had to wait for the GoTrusted VPN to connect, then lose connection, then re-establish connection, etc. It happened all the time, whether or not my server connection was good or not. I have moved to a more reliable VPN here, and almost never encounter such issues now. GoTrusted may work well in other places, but in my experience, here in China, it is not the best, not by a long chalk, and is actually more expensive than other available VPNs too.

If you wish to utilize a VPN then Go Trusted is the only one you should consider. Easy, quick hookups. Inexpensive. I will only use Go Trusted when I travel.

I have had nothing but great experiences with GoTrusted. I live in Costa Rica and often times need this service to acquire certain things. It serves it's purpose and is relatively fast.

I spent 7 weeks in China recently and needed a VPN to access Gmail and other content . It worked well 99% of the time. The "great firewall" or other mechanisms work hard to disrupt VPN's ... I routinely saw the message from GoTrusted "network interference" causing the connection to fail. GoTrusted handled nearly all these efforts to disrupt internet connections. On some occasions it was too cumbersome to wait for connection(s) to reset. I do NOT fault GoTrusted. In China, it is common to need to drop down to the slower and slowest speeds to be more robust against interference. Would I recommend GoTrusted? Absolutely!

I paid on 15th October to reactivate my VPN subscription $5.99 and checked it worked in UK before I departed to Shanghai. On arrival on 21st Oct, my VPN failed to operate, stating I did not have adminstrator permission (I have). I emailed Gotrusted 2X for advice, which did not work. IT experts at my client could not fix it but installed another VPN. On return to UK and checking my subscription, I find it was listed as suspended, when I had paid ! THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE CAUSING ME 3 DAYS GRIEF IN CHINA.

If I had a business, a service to sell, I would want to have a view of my service from a clients point of view,...but not GoTrusted,...or they would make their time consuming service easier to use,...the most frustration is the forced upgrades,...by forced, I mean, that the customer, must frequently download the upgrade, that is, removing the old GoTrusted, and installing the new, and to make this worse, the customer only knows when a new upgrade is "forced" upon them, is by the frequency of the service going out,...which, in the middle of a Netflix is aggravating.

While once again on holiday in China, the increasing block efficiency of the Chinese Government was felt again. While living there from 2000 - 2007 only sites like CNN and geocities was blocked, now more important sites like Google and Facebook ( Baidu and Weibo don't do it for me...) What a relief to be able to reach those sites again via GoTrusted to find maps and hotels.

The service was amazing. When the program was in use and going, it ran very well. The connection speeds were throttled down to 100-200Kbps but that Is to be expected when using a VPN. My biggest issue with it was the overall UI you had to deal with. In order to get location specific IP's and server areas, you had to message support, and even more to actually vary your IP's you had to manually change them every time. Even more so the IP's you got to Geo Specific servers were limited. What would have been really nice if I got a whole range of IP's to use, and if I could set it to switch between any of the IP ranges every time I started using the proxy. Great service, but in terms of usability it's an extreme hassle.

Your VPN drops out to aii the time ( check my logg) and compared to my new VPN you feels like dial-up internet from the 90:s. Sorry
