there are some things about the kit that need some attention, such as the welds on the turbo v band ring are not finished (not a big deal) on a couple of the kits that I've gotten, one kit was missing a piece of the exhaust, and a couple of the can bus plugs had a couple pins that where not seated all the way (again not a big deal). With that being said their customer service has been very good and has responded to emails quickly and the sent out the missing piece promptly. I would say their products are 100% worth the money. Just don't use Tuner depot for tunes, there tune cost over $1,300 and truck went into derate as soon as it was installed, and they would not help with the issue. After getting nowhere with tuner depot we bought another tune from another company with the same issue, but they found the problem and fixed it. (the truck was a covid truck and had older segments in the transmission software)

I read the 1 star reviews and they're all the same complaint. Hopefully they get it worked out. My experience with them has been nothing but great. I've ordered several things in the last yr or so for my 2008 6.7 cummins and everything has gotten to me on time with no issue. I finally got around to ordering the throttxqle valve delete , it was the only thing I was missing and wasn't really necessary to do a full delete when I initially deleted the truck. Anyways, I ordered it and my wife asked me what the charge 36$ charge was and I told her and explained what it did. She had gotten me the actual intake manifold and was waiting to give it to me for our anniversary this week. So she brought it to me and asked if this is what I ordered 😂. I told her no BUT the throttle valve delete i had bought isn't needed anymore since she got that. Emailed customer service, explained what was going on, not only did they answer me on the weekend but they issued me a full refund and still sent me the part. Like I said everything I've ordered has came to me. The prices are good compared to others trying to rob you for the same parts. I'm glad I didn't have a bad experience and already ordered my tuner from Canada 2 yrs ago. My next purchase will be the coolant "bypass" kit for the rear cylinder, if you've got a 3rd gen you know why.

Would not recommend will receive everything but my tuner (MAIN ITEM) It’s on back order with would have been nice to know before I ordered my kit and spent $1500.00 with a place that has shitty customer service and can’t respond to a simple email . 10 out 10 would not recommend don’t make the same mistake I did spend the extra money and order somewhere else

I ordered a kit from them and when I got the kit everything was there but the mini max. I have reached out all day long and have not got a response. I understand if you made a mistake and forgot to pack it but you should have better customer service

Well my issue with this company is that I order an egr delete kit that includes the tuner for 2017 ram 2500 6.7 I have received all the prats on order #105215 but didn't receive the tuner i have been sending messages for the past 5 days and emails and no response at all I can't install those parts without the tuner, please respond.

Excellent product and is priced very competitively that does exactly what you need to do. The valve opens very quick compared to others I have used. I have had mine installed and used everyday for about a year and no issues.

BUYER BEWARE. I was sold a faulty product and was advised I had been issued a refund on July 8th. It has been almost a month and I have still not received a refund. Customer service keeps making excuses- telling me they have to issue the refund on PayPal, but now that they my PayPal, they say that they can’t issue the refund on PayPal either. Customer service only replies between the hours of 1am and 4am. I would not recommend anyone buy from SPELAB and will continue to post on every social media page they have until they get me the refund they promised a month ago. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

This is my first order here. The parts I ordered were correct and fit perfectly, with one exception the bolts for the up pipes were two threads too long on the ford 6.4 turbo housing. So OEM bolts were purchased and installed. I’m not complaining just letting you know for future reference. I also received a 2xl t-shirt that was apparently mislabeled from a medium/ large. Customer service I purchased the delete kit for my 2006 Chevy Duramax diesel. Spelab took care of me after I ordered the wrong part. They made sure I got sent the correct one sent out right away so I could complete my project. This kit bolted right up and my truck and is running like it did when it was new. Thank you Guys

Do not buy from this company by any means. Their customer support is very bad. You can only get ahold of them through email. And it takes them 3 days to email you back. When you order their products, they do not send the entire order to you and when you request a refund or send the missing parts it takes them months to get it back to you and they only give you about half of your refund in my case it took them 2 months to get me my money back and like I said, I only got half of it and then they said sorry about my luck, I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again very bad experience

These clowns are a sick ripoff joke. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Completely horrible experience on every level. These people are not Americans, and they have absolutely no regard for their USA customers at all. I ordered an exhaust kit, I paid them in full, and the kit came incomplete without the tuner. They told me the tuner would come a MONTH AND A HALF LATER!!! So I cancelled my order and the real fun started. They wouldn't send me a prompt return code and played stupid. Then they sent me only one code when there were 3 packages, with one box being 6 ft. long. Then they finally sent another code a week later for the rest, so I sent it, That was 8 weeks ago, and these douchebags still haven't refunded my money. I had to contest this with my bank! NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE CHINESE RIPOFFS FOR ANYTHING!!!

I had a problem with the plug and play, as well as the valve itself. I emailed them explaining the situation and within less than 4 days I got a replacement for the parts I need.
