I can’t say enough about my first experience with SPELAB. The shipment was quick, however when it arrived, it had 2 of the smaller parts missing and it appeared to be fault of the shipping company, rather than SPELAB, but I can’t say for certain. What I can say is, the moment I mentioned it, they asked “what’s missing?” Then I received an email with a new tracking number! I was impressed to say the least. I would absolutely avoid them they are purposely misleading about the availability of their products and are starting to seem very shady. I ordered a full delete kit $1400 and when i got it the tuner wasn’t with it. I emailed them and asked about it and they claimed their website stated it was out of stock which is an outright lie it still doesn’t say they are out of stock. They told me they are hoping to have them restocked around June 25th. I told them I can not wait this is my company truck and I would have ordered parts somewhere else if they had been honest about the availability and now it’s been over a week and they won’t respond to my emails.

Still no part of refund they have been saying the part is on a plane for the last week with no way to track it would not recommend buying from this company

Don't purchase from SPELAB. Their customer service is horrible. I am having an issue with my Tuner from MiniMaxx, (I wouldn't recommend them either). Both boxes and companies state 24/7 service, that's a lie. I have been waiting for a resolution for almost 7days. Purchase from a company that has GOOD service and stands behind their products.

Excellent Customer Service and products

I absolutely love the intercooler tube kit for my 2018 6.7 Cummins! The pipes are made well, the silicone boots are very durable, and the fit was great. For the price, it is a very worthwhile modification. My truck creates boost mush faster, and my off-the-line acceleration is much more peppy now. Definitely will be purchasing from Spelab in the future.

I ordered 3 things all were shipped quickly and safely I also was incredibly impressed with the pricing. The 3.5" intake Horn was priced so well that I've told quite a few others about it. Worth it for sure! And every question I had was answered within a business day even on the weekend! Will definitely be ordering more parts for my Cummins here!

Great customer service very understanding, bought an electric cutoff about a month ago for some reason the little motor gave out that opens the flap. They sent me a replacement 2 days later. Very fast response and very professional. Definitely recommend!

They make returns or exchanges very difficult. They're not cooperative and the hoops to send an item back are ridiculous.
