Totally left me hanging on my purchase. I ordered the h&s mini Max tuner for my truck and got just a ccv filter kit thingy of some sort.... Totally screwed up a $900 order and attempted to email these guys multiple times without a response. The tuner shows to be in stock on their site.. Guess that's a lie. Contacting my bank this morning to dispute these charges. Avoid buying from these ppl.. they are a switch and bait company. I will never buy from this site again

I received my parts finally but missing the tuner. And unable to get in contact with anyone regarding the issue. Finally got in touch with someone. They respond via email in the middle of the night. They said that the tuners were on backorder and I would not receive it for around 3 weeks. That was not going to work for me because I had received no news of this being out of stock so I had already installed all of the other parts that had come. They ended up refunding the money for the tuner. I do appreciate that but definitely would have like to know that my parts were on backorder. But glad that they did actually refund the money with no problems.

Spelab has awesome products. Their cut out exhaust system is far better than any others I've seen. I've done lots of research and they have the best on the market...sounds incredible like a very expensive exhaust system. And they're customer service is always there to help

I ordered my part on June 2, 2024 , I have not received my part , and I never received a tracking number I'f the product got sent out or not. Any advice on how to contact this company besides email, I tracked my order number and email to see if the company could help me track my part. And advise would be great.

Great product the online instructions were crucial. Would have been better if paper copy of instructions were included. Also you’ll need to replace the steel gasket on up pipe near firewall. Do not reuse it or you’ll be whistling all over creation until you put in a new one. It’s like a $6 part and would happily have paid $10 extra to have it just come in the kit. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend the kit

After ordering multiple things that were in stock on the website. I received an email stating that they would not be in stock for almost a month. I received one of the items that I ordered quite promptly and the second item I ordered about a week later. I was still missing one item and sent an email and was told that it was on its way. I notified them that I did not have a tracking number and had not received the item only to be told that it was out of stock.

I got the Ford 9.75 diff cover and it's been amazing! Great quality and the fit and finish is on point. I love the drain port for future maintenance.

I received a CCV reroute kit from SPELAB, and the install was flawless. It looks good, performs good, and gets rid of the stock CCV system that is prone to failure. Mine was already leaking at 100k miles, but SPELAB has a solution that looks good and works extremely well.

I originally ordered the wrong parts. There customer service was super helpful and sent me a complete refund and i was able to get the correct parts.

SPELAB has great products. The build quality is excellent and I’d highly recommend them for your automotive product needs. I purchased an exhaust cutout and it worked perfectly. At one point the electronic motor stopped working and I reached out to customer support and they were extremely responsive and helped get the issue solved.

I had a minor issue where it appears my package was stolen I contacted them and they were willing to replace my items and by doing that they made sure that I will buy more from them

These people will bait and switch you with tuners for your truck. Their customer service will respond to your emails 1-2 times per day. Their customer service is also only open from 9pm to 2am. They will advertise "many in stock" and so you buy their product and all the sudden they are out of stock. Then they less than responsive and offer you an inferior product. I read a couple reviews about parts missing from orders. It is a bait and switch. I would highly suggest a different company to work with. You WILL have issues and it is a pain in the ass to get a response from customer service.
