Terrible customer service , terrible delivery! Do not recommend

I have included both this nano mist facial steamer and the high frequency wand into my skincare routine (almost) daily. My skin hasn’t been better; becoming more even-toned, clarified, and way less congested. I also experience less hormonal breakouts. It has a relaxing nano fine mist and it’s like I’m giving myself an aromatherapy facial every time I do my skincare routine. Highly recommend.

First off BIG kudos to customer service. They have been and continue to be awesome. I purchased the face and neck mask specifically to help tighten my lower face and neck. I’ve been using it for about 7-10 days and although I haven’t noticed much in the way of tightening yet, my skin does look so much fresher. I will use the purple light if I’m feeling a bit puffy. Overall I’m excited each evening to have my relaxing time with my mask on. I’m realistic in knowing that any tightening that will happen is not going to happen overnight, time will tell but I’m loving the journey

The Reva wand is a very effective product. All 3 treatments seem to have a positive effect on my skin and, after just a few days, my face already feels and looks a little more toned. And it’s very easy to use with clear instructions provided. I’m 73 years old so don’t expect miracles. But after years of trying other devices I feel this one is improving my looks and as a result my confidence. The customer service team were also extremely helpful when my delivery seemed to get lost. All in all an excellent experience with Project E Beauty.

This neck and face mask was recommended to me by my aesthetician. I was sceptical at first but as she uses it herself I bought one. Reasonably priced and so easy to use. I’ve been using it 5-days per week for 10 mins on level 3 and will slowly build up the time and strength. It’s only been 3 weeks but I can already see a slight improvement in my skin tone and it feels more plump. I’m 50 and will be having radio-frequency micro needling too and this was recommended as a great complimentary therapy. I’m very happy with it.

Only just started using the led mask but the entire order shipping and delivery process was seamless.

I purchased a LightAura Plus red light face and neck mask. This arrived promptly and I was kept updated with tracking etc. Customer service and after sales have been brilliant answering questions and replacing a broken clip from the neck strap. They even sent me a free gift of their eye cream a few weeks later, an offer which I had missed at check out. Very impressed so far. The mask is easy to use 🤞🏻 for good results.

I bought a product and had problems with it , I contacted them and after sending pictures on how it was faulty they sent me out a new one , good customer service and my facial scrub machine works great , I have bought many things thru project e and have always been satisfied , love project e ❤️

Product came straight away , works fine but the gel you apply on your face was a small bottle to trial but it was empty I have emailed but no reply , I got a reply on here to re email so have done let’s hope I get the reply now thank you , to be fair they say they never recieved original email ,, THEY HAVE NOW SENT A REPLACEMENT , really good customer service reply THANK YOU
