I have been using the face mask for about a month. The fit is excellent and comfortable. I have been doing 3xweek for 10mins, starting at level 3 for brightness and increasing to 5. I'm just going to start 4xweek at level 5 for brightness. I think there is a change in skin texture smoother and clearer. I use there hyaluronic acid and there collagen gel. I'm 73 so hoping to see some more changes. Tks Project e

This company has great customer service! I ordered a device a couple of months ago and then received an email that I was entitled to a free gift I had not chosen. I kind of though it was a scam at first, but no, several days later, a package arrived containing some very nice eye cream. Also, I do really like the device I ordered, although I have not had a chance to use it often enough to see significant results.

I have been using the mask for two weeks. The skin condition of mine improved in general and the mask itself is easy to use and very good quality. Had a bit problem with the shipping but the customer service was very helpful and responsive. All in all a pleasant purchase:))

Can’t really see thru the sunglasses. So I can’t do things while wearing the mask. But I love the timer and that it is FDA approved.

The mask works great, love all the options and think the price is good. My only complaint is the weight of the mask. It’s heavy and nearing the end of the 20 mins. can be a little painful on the nose where the mask rests.

Easy and effective to use

I use my High Frequency wand twice a week for the last 2 weeks. I haven’t seen a difference yet. I will give an updated review and photos soon. The product itself is very easy to use. I cannot wait to see improvement!

I purchased the product then emailed to ask a question and was responded back to about 4 times. I inquired about a refund and was assured it would be fine. I asked how to do it and specific questions. responses stopped. Chatted with the bot online and after I asked for refund info- the shat would not allow more questions. I called the number and could only leave a message- I was emailed that they will pay y return postage but online it says customer pays. It says a sale item can't be returned. I purchased it with a discount code- is this a sale item? who knows- no one is available to speak all of the sudden.

I finally received my Portable High Frequency Skin Care Device. There were some issues with the order process, so my new year present purchase was finally successful in February and arrived in early March. I still need at least a month to assess the results of using it and am very optimistic to improve the rate. I'm satisfied with the support of my order, although some minor charges were not evident at the time of purchase.
