United States | 21 July 2018I always see friendly faces when I go in for anything. I have just run into a few occasions where minor, but specific information is not given during loan processes and then added to the monthly payments after said information has not been reviewed.

United States | 19 July 2018Been a member for quite sometime. (34YEARS) Never had an issue. Always helpful no matter my issue. When my parents died 6mth apart they were spot on helping me. Just a note the drive thru at the Woodward branch could use some help to be a little quicker. They are always pleasant. I guess their quickness depending on the transaction members have. Guess that's the slow down.

United States | 19 July 2018I really appreciate that everytime there has been any fradulant activity on my card that genisys has always been quick and efficient in getting me a new card and making the transition quick so it doesn’t disrupt my ability to use it. My only reason for giving four stars and not five are because of the brick and mortar banking hours. With my busy schedule, it is extremely difficult to make it into the bank during the week and it makes it hard to bank with genisys when they aren’t open on Saturday’s.

United States | 19 July 2018The people at the Fenton genisys are great, the only issue I have is the over draft fee of $3. If my money is in my account it shouldn't cost me $3. This is what banks do and this is a credit union. I should not be penalized for money that is already in my account

I got a loan for a travel trailer there and them ladies were so good to work with me and help me with it I sure do appreciate it. I can't say enough good never had a problem or question that you couldn't answer. Thank you very much look for many more years with the credit union.

United States | 19 July 2018I absolutely love banking with them. I have no plans of ever moving accounts from them. Everyone is so helpful and friendly (Highland MI & Wixom MI locations). In the beginning they even took the time to help me understand how to balance a check book without making me feel stupid.

United States | 19 July 2018Overall I have the best experience at this bank. I love all of the ladies who handle my check and everytime I've had issues with my account they had fixed it. BUT the ladies had asked me to being in an animal every week when I came in, I'm usually only there for 10 minutes while I deposit my check. I work at the local animal shelter. I brought in a kitten which was wonderful and made everyone happy. The next week I had brought in a dog, hes slightly smaller in size, at most hes medium size. He has been cleared for the public, and has been evaluated by our two certified dog trainers. But because hes a "bully breed" I was quickly told a dog is different and that people have fears of pitbulls. Yet this location is indeed pet friendly. I definitely suggest the one lady learns how to deal with the public in a more professional manner and doesn't discriminate against different breeds of dogs similar to people. Considering the dog could have been a service dog, and many people have "bully breed" service dogs. Again I love this bank and everyone who works there, the desk people are the absolute best.
