Everyone at the Clio office is very friendly and knowledgable. We don't dread going to the "bank" like we used to.

Awesome service and easy web site

I got a signature/personal loan at the Troy branch. This process was fast and everyone was very nice. Months later I noticed that I was being charged for the loan insurance which I had declined. I called and emailed and was told I had to go to the branch and sign documents to remove the insurance and I also would not get the money already stolen refunded.

The mobile app needs to be updated. Another Credit Union that I belong to has fingerprint sign-in and I can check my balance without signing into my account. Also, the notifications are being sent late sometimes days after I've made purchases.

After they have gained my business both the loan originator and his assistance vanished and never replied to my emails nor text messages so I had to discover my own way to figure out how to make payments and my loan number to start an online account, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. they left me in the dark ! As well the estimates of the mortgage loan were off by 2500$ ! which does not make any sense. Usually it must be of by a couple 100s, a thousand but not 2500$. The loan originator did not send me the final CD so I went to the closing without knowing my exact number though I kept following up but no answer !

The associates at the crooks location are very helpful, polite and insiteful.

I was with Lapeer County bank and trust for almost 15 years But since I left lapeer county bank and trust in joined with this credit Union it's been a wonderful experience and I recommend it to all people

Your branches are very friendly, good service. Your online banking and bill pay system is clumsy and inadequate, especially the mobile app. I will have to go to another bank if something does not improve. All areas of the online banking should be available through the mobile app. (such as info on auto pay status)

Customer service could be easier to reach. Unless you want a new loan, you can barely reach someone.

I love your products and employees I could not have asked for a better CU to bank with, I am a member of another CU, but you have more to offer to your clients. your rates are amazing also i have taken advantage of some of them too. the only thing i would ask is to add touch ID to your mobile app.

They are great at everything they do, except helping the little guy with budgets and financing, so as not to stay the little guy. If they would help the little guy budget, so we make more money, the more money that will be in their establishment.

I couldn’t finance a stick of chewing gum 7 yrs ago.Genisys was the only bank,credit union whatever that would give me a loan.After several loans now my credit rate is in the high 700’s.I have a house on a lake now.A new truck I have a line of credit.Thank you team Genisys!!!I won’t go anywhere else!
