Never had any issues, staff is always extremely friendly and helpful and I even left my debit card in the ATM one day and they took care of the issue and shut it down immediately. Nothing bad to say about any of my past experiences for the past few years.

Hello Genisys Credit Union, I brought my son in to get a line of credit so that he could build his credit but he got the run around and decide to cancel the loan which made him feel very uncomfortable as well as myself. As for myself everything is great!

As a former Bank of America member, I really liked the auto loan low interest rate. Also, I am glad Genisys doesn’t have all the fees as BoA. I really liked BoA online banking and bill pay. When I switched to Genisys, the online banking and bill pay wasn’t close to BoA having less features. Now that I have been with Genisys for almost 1-year, I learned to really like everything about it. I talked my girlfriend into opening a Genisys account and then she opened an account for her daughter. I also opened an account for my son. Would be nice to get a referral from Genisys. It's a good credit Union with excellent rates and reasonable fees. Only thing I would change is their website. It's functional but the design elements are dated. It's just not up to snuff for today's web pages.

I use the Lake Orion branch. Great people, great service, kind and considerate
