I have had positive experience at this C.U., the employee'so are very friendly.

Beware of hidden fees. Not very honest and offers average loan rates. Not only was I never given the rate I was promised on my auto loan, they also added a "Credit Insurance Premium" fee to my loan payment every month and I have a credit score of 760. I own 100% of my house which is valued at over $200k, yet I was only offered a $20k home equity loan at 5.5% interest rate.

All of the staff at Union Lk. Are great. Beverly is a star. Great prompt service. Very knowledgeable. Beats the hell out of having to deal with the banks.

I have been with Genisys Credit Union for over 15 years and have had great experiences with them. I always let them know when I'm going out of town or the country and have not had any problems using my debit MC. I'm also alerted by them for any unusual activity on my account. I would highly recommend their services.

One let down. Wanted loan, was denied. Since retirement did not qualify. Had to go with geenpsth.

I thought credit union loans were better than bank loans. Well if that's so don't include this credit union with them. Genisys doesn't give good rates.

. Would like to use mobile deposit. However due to inherited essential shakes it is impossible for me and others to used mobile deposit. Would like to see a revamp of the mobile deposit to include an anti-shake option. Many thanks Richard Martin

Customer service is top notch. However, two different local credit unions make your deposits available to you immediately. Wish Genisys did that. Only draw back I see as it's a great credit union otherwise
