Add that with a credit union whose security and fraud department I believe is top notch, why would I not recommend Genisys to others.

I switched from Bank of America to Credit Union and I have found helpfulness and it has also added what I need for my life and banking needs. I am happy with my experiences and I enjoy the people that I deal with on a bi-weekly basis.

United States | 06 June 2017Great place to put your money! Many surcharge-free ATM machines within the co-op network. You can also make deposits at participating branches when out of town. They are often helpful and responsive when calling in for a loan or anything else.

United States | 06 June 2017A lot of my transactions are done at the drive thru. Most of the time I have to wait a reasonable amount of time for service even though there is no one else at the drive thru, but on occasion I have to wait 8 - 10 min for service even though there is no one else in the drive thru, then when I tell the teller I want my transaction deposited in my savings acct the teller puts it in my checking acct. when I bring it to the tellers attention they laug and say I just wasn't paying attention, if you want to wait a little longer I will correct my mistake ??? Not very good service
