I really enjoy being part of the credit union. However, after my bankruptcy I had to use other organizations to rebuild my credit which was disappointing. I wish your policies had allowed me to build my credit with you.

Your website needs to be app ready for iPads, you can only use it in portrait, not landscape.

My Genisys branch is one of the most friendly and efficient place to do business. The manager is courteous and helpful.

Great bank, except I can bank from my mobile device but it freezes every time I log in from my computer and even if I call in I can't access anything the website. It's been like since I became a member.
