United States | 06 June 2017I have been with Genisys for a few years and have not had any issues with the staff or online accounts. Their customer service reps are polite and friendly. Unlike major banks, when you call customer service, you get someone that is from the Michigan area. Not clear across the world in another country. The credit union staff treats me like a friend not a number.

United States | 06 June 2017We need to establish a relationship with our new service rep . our original one retired . You went from 5 stars to 4 stars because of it. policy seems a tad more restrictive. Overall this is a very good Credit Union !

United States | 06 June 2017Love my credit union but the interest rates fluxucate so much. My credit score was much higher this year than a loan I took out a year ago ... The interest rate was over 6% higher. I get market fluxuation but this seems excessive.

United States | 06 June 2017Received a call about suspicious charges on my card one day after they started happening. I wasn't aware of them before the call form Genisys. They quickly stopped the card, issued a replacement with better chip security, and refunded my money to the account.

United States | 16 May 2017The new staff at the Oxford branch is not my favorite When I went to your old location when Kevin and Jenny were in charge everyone was very friendly and acted like they were glad to see you always knew your name the new location is not welcoming and rather cold none of the tellers seem to care I would also like to see the teachers credit union be part of our network the Pinal county Credit Union always want to tell a snowbird no

Diane was my recent representative and even though we were disconnected with Chat she still emailed me and followed up regarding my concern and was able to resolve my issue. Its very hard to come by customer service such as that. Thank you Diane and Genisys credit union.

United States | 07 May 2017I have really appreciated GCU's proactive banking approach. They audit and monitor my accounts and offer recommendations that are helpful. Gina and Rob at GCU Eagan, MN have been very helpful with refinancing my autoloan and discussing credit options. Before opening accounts at GCU, I was a member of a small town bank for 25 years, even after moving a half an hour away, I continued to bank there because of the customer service and walking into the building to see familiar smiling faces. They knew me and my family, who also continued to bank there, and it was hard to let go. However, my brother began banking with GCU, I worked with GCU on a vehicle loan and after a few months decided to transfer my accounts there. It has been an easy experience with a great application on my phone for accessing and managing my accounts. And when I walk into the bank, although I am still getting to know the people who work there, I do see familiar faces and get that "small town bank" feel. They're always willing to provide helpful information, advice, and guidance when needed and my fiance has moved his accounts there as well. Keep up the great customer service and you will have our business for a very long time!
