Friendly courteous helpful staff are some of the reasons you should have an account with Genesis Bank. They are always willing to take the time to help you figure out your best options and that means something!

My husband and I live in West Branch, Michigan and we are so happy that we are with Genisys Credit Union, anytime I have questions everyone that I talk to are so nice and helpful.

I have been with Genisys since they were T&C Federal Credit Union. I have never had a bad experience with them. I always tell people if they are looking for a great place to bank this is the place to go.

I love how easy the Genisys app is to use. I'm glad I made the switch.

The tellers are so nice when I come in and they know me by name. The loan officer is very helpful, too. We've had several auto loans and financed our home twice with Genisys. We won't go anywhere else. Our daughter (second generation) has her first auto loan with Genisys and also had a student loan. I use the online banking nearly every day to check balances and see what checks have cleared. It makes it very easy to monitor all my accounts. Thanks for all you do!

Came from a large bank that just got sued for charging people too many fees. Just to find that Genisys is no better at that practice.

When I needed help with a small loan they made it so easy. They always have plenty of nice tellers to keep the line moving. I've never had to wait long if at all.

We've only been members for about a year and a half, but I can honestly say, we've been very pleased with the overall services they offer. We have both checking and savings accounts and also a loan with them. The rates are very comparable and even a bit below the average compared to other institutions. I highly recommend them
