The application process is really straightforward and simple. The app is very friendly and easy to use. Definitely recommend them.

Worst service I have ever known , call centre staff have a very poor level of English and can be barely understood. The APP what app it worked once then never again making it very difficult to pay your bill . CANCELLED

Be very careful with this company. I paid my credit card balance of in full and they still instructed the direct debit. I have now been waiting for 2 weeks to get my money back from them. They tell lies and deceive their customers

Customer support is very poor. Doesn’t help and doesn’t reply to emails. After weeks of trying they send me an email with a one-liner saying they don’t own my account. No explanations, no previous contact, nothing. They are terrible.
