United Kingdom | 17 December 2024The app sucks. It never works. When entering a custom amount the screen goes blank. Strangely, it doesn’t go blank if you’re paying off the set amount. Is this a way to get more interest out of people? A customer service person asked me to delete the app and reinstall, however, when trying to log back in, the screen goes blank. So, that’s good 🙄

And now a late payment charge because of system incompetence - stick with the main CC companies ******* FOS next stop! My statement last month advised that I needed to pay £85.33p by 2nd Dec 24. However, I have since made 3 payments totalling £148.45p but on the app it still shows that a further payment of £19.68p is still needed by 2nd Dec 24, why is my account this as it can't be correct? It showed a different amount still needed yesterday (£19.63p from memory) so I made a further only for it to advise that £19.68p is still needed?????
