Waited ages for incinerator, but no sign. When I queried it I got a fast response, and was told that the couriers had 'lost' it, but that another would be dispatched immediately. I got this within a couple of days and ir looks good. So great service from seller, but not so good from courier !

the unit I bought had been dropped on it's corner and was quite split! Perhaps foolishly decided not to complain because of the "agro" and cost of returning the item, would think twice if ordering from you again.

We recently lost our family cat who we had had for 17 years, and wanted a memorial ornament to go in the garden. We found a beautiful cat that had an inscription that read "beloved companion" as we always thought of her as family rather than just a pet. When we received the ornament it read "beloved pet" which was NOT what we ordered. We were very disappointed. We had never ordered from this site previously and intend not to again. Have rated 2 simply because there was nothing wrong with the actual quality of the product.

I found Garden Essentials easy to order from & the delivery of my potting-up bench, with a cupboard underneath was quick. As I wasn't in the delivery person kindly left it in a safe place. The problem I found on opening the package was there were no instructions. I know it should be easy to work out but it would have been so helpful to know exactly where the screws went. I was fortunate enough to have my son come over & help me. I do love the table. It's rustic & looks great for storing all my 'bits' in. However, as the top is made up of planks of wood the rain will be able to go straight through so I'm not yet sure how I am going to be able to stop this happening. Sorry to be negative but can you blame me???

Found this site through a magazine a friend gave me. Found it had a great range of nice products but especially the solar LED lamp which was ideal for my garden shed.

My delivery turned up fine with no issues. I had never used the company before, and the only thing I would say is that post order confirmation, I didn't receive any updates so I was a little concerned. It would have been good to get an email to say that my order was on its way, or even better to say when they were expecting to deliver. I am overall pleased though, and the item was a very good price compared to other websites.

Next day free delivery. One of my items was out of stock. They contacted me straight away and asked if I would like a refund or would I like to wait for a couple of weeks until it was back in stock. I was in no rush so I waited. 2 days later it was delivered. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbours and I know they will be using them in the near future.

Excellent on time advised when put of stock but delay was not too long as this was a gift for a friends 60th birthday . Will use again in the near future . Martyn
