Bought 2x VegTrugs. On delivery/assembly, obvious that they were well made/thought out. The different size screws being packaged apart from each other was a really nice touch. And with spares - these little things really help. Only negative points - the instructions could have been printed out larger & clearer. If you pay close on £150 this should be a given.

Received Havana garden set very promptly, all fine except for 1 chair which has a very bad crease in one leg, strength of chair is compromised. Have informed Garden Essesntials and am awaiting their advise.

We ordered a la-z-spa from this company on the weekend and it was delivered by the Tuesday, never experienced such a speedy delivery. I had a query relating to the purchase and gave them a call, they were friendly and helped me with the question first time of asking. The price I paid for the spa was ridiculously cheap, so much so that I was half expecting them to deliver an empty cardboard box, but low and behold, there arrived the spa, as new by a friendly delivery driver. Wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again, amazing service, really cannot fault it.

I bought two metal frame garden obelisks for a competitive price. They arrived promptly and seem like a decent product.

Initially didn't receive goods but as we run an e.commerce site we know this isn't always the companys fault,when I told them and they tracked it as sent but not received they sent a replacement out for next day delivery.

They do what they say, they sell what they do and they deliver when they agree. Amazing....a.....maze.....ing!
