Good process from start to finish. Adrian got in touch after I made an enquiry on the website. He sent me a video walkaround of the car as images weren't available yet. After that, all was smoothly handled and Adrian was clear and helpful all the way through. He was available to answer my questions on Whatsapp, and when it came to buying the car I had all the information either emailed to me in advance, or discussed through on the day. I am the happy owner of a nice nearly new car now!

Poor communication, booked online for mot and service, at no point told it was an all day appointment. Car dropped off at 9.45 and took till 5.30 to complete. All service staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone. Called me at 5.30, gave me 30 minutes to collect and were unpleasant when I said I couldn’t get there in time. Will not be using again, inconvenient and unfriendly.
