This is my 3rd car from Guildford Hyundai and I continue to be impressed. Elliot Falkner handled the process from initial call about swapping in our existing model, all the way through to delivery if the new vehicle. Of key importance to me, is that thre was no hard sell. When he initially rang, I explained that I had just started a new role and wanted to settle in before making finance decisions. He diarised to call me back after an agreed amount of time and did just that. Elliot was a pleasure to deal with: knowledgable and a great sense of humour.

Had the car booked in for its yearly service for the 24th of Feb and on the 14th of Feb I've noticed that one of the pipes in the engine bay was leaking and I went to the garage around 17:30 to tell the service advisor Lisa Thomas about it and she managed to take my car into the workshop and get it checked 5 minutes later and discovered it was the master cylinder leaking and retained the car for works and the service at the same time. Conor Williams my technician send me the health check video and he took care of my car. Thank you very much for the service.

We purchased an EV. All the staff were friendly and Marius was amazing at working very hard to deliver a high quality service, he made sure the car was ready early for our convenience, cleaning it again on the day we took it home. He gave us a lot of his time answering all questions and working through everything in such detail with no pressure! The only issue was that the trickle charger that came with the car is only 3 meters long, which doesn't reach from the end of our driveway to the socket outside. We didn't know this until we went to charge the car, so this was a real inconvenience! It seems a little mean that the company provide the shortest possible charger leads. Apart from this, we were very impressed with the quality of service and care, thank you 😀
