We recently bought a Škoda from the Richmond Group in Portsmouth and found the service exceptional. We drove all the way down from London and I would certainly do it again as they were able to find the right car for us, which other dealerships struggled with. James Scott was our salesperson and he was fantastic, he made the whole experience really easy, had excellent communication and was a really nice guy who looked after us well. I would 100% come back here and would recommend going through James as he is excellent at his job and makes the situation of buying car and dealing with finances very calm and easy.

Very friendly and helpful

I had a significant problem, most notably that my "old faithful" car of eleven years had finally decided enough was enough. The cost of getting everything fixed was probably double the street value and I couldn't afford to take a hit like that. Unfortunately for me, a functional vehicle is absolutely essential. Enter Mr Bhatti! A useful conversation, a discussion of options and in an exceedingly short span of time a replacement with impressive guarantees was procured and driven from the lot! I was impressed by Mr Bhatti's warmth and "humanness", as well as his ability (cooperatively with his colleagues) to enact a practical solution to my difficulties. I have been with this branch of Richmond for servicing and general care since I purchased my old faithful eleven years ago, but this surely has to be a high point.

Deepak was friendly and helpful. He made sure that I was purchasing the right car for my family's needs. The car I purchased was 2nd hand but immaculate. I was shown how to use the controls in the car (handbrake, Bluetooth etc). He even put my little boys pushchair and carseat in for me. The showroom has a lovely atmosphere and my little boy enjoyed himself there as they had colouring in table and toys to keep him occupied. I will be getting my car serviced and MOTd with them in the future. Highly recommended!
