Mainly because I hadn`t seen the car. And having the car delivered from the mainland to the Isle of Wight without charge was a very pleasant surprise. In the lead up to my car going in Joe was super helpful on the phone, and once it went in Becky kept me up to date with the progress of the job. I had great service from both of them, my only issue is that the repair took longer than I was originally advised which was a little frustrating but in general it was a positive experience and the work carried out was good quality and the car looks as good as new.
