We had a good experience with jag he was very helpful and had good knowledge of the cars But we arrived to collect the car all be it we were early we left sitting around the showroom for 1hr before anyone came to speak to us The car we bought had a 1000+ miles more than we were told

Probably the best experience I`ve had buying a used car (unseen). Nothing was too much trouble despite me going back several times by telephone as concerns arose. Mainly because I hadn`t seen the car. And having the car delivered from the mainland to the Isle of Wight without charge was a very pleasant surprise. So to Geoff who I spoke to initially (and who took most of my calls) and to Scott who delivered the car, THANK YOU.

My Genesis has just been at the bodyshop in Portsmouth for repairs. In the lead up to my car going in Joe was super helpful on the phone, and once it went in Becky kept me up to date with the progress of the job. I had great service from both of them, my only issue is that the repair took longer than I was originally advised which was a little frustrating but in general it was a positive experience and the work carried out was good quality and the car looks as good as new.

Was quick and efficient. No problems what so ever.
