Staff not honest with the work they carry out on your car. I had to make second visit to sort it out which was completely unnecessary and frustrating. Moreover, now I realised and confirmed that they did not do my 4th service: I booked my car for MOT and 4th service. They did vehicle health check and MOT only did not do service at all and I was given paperwork for service and I paid for it. However service was not done at all on my car. I need to arrange a third visit to sort this out. Completely dishonest service department.

We visited to look at used Hyundai Tucsons after a phone call in which we spoke to Kallum. Once at the showroom, Kallum was extremely helpful - he was knowledgeable on the model, various spec levels and what stock levels were available. He gave us all the information we needed, answered lots of questions very patiently and didn't 'sell' the car. After finding an example that met our needs, Kallum even arranged an extended test drive the next morning. This was perfect and helped us to ensure the car was right for us. He was fast to evaluate our part-ex and once we returned was even able to provide another option on another car just released into stock. At no time did we feel pushed in any direction or to buy. We felt at all times in control of what we wanted to do. We made our decision and within a week (sooner if we had wanted), the car was completely prepped and Kallum led us through a very easy and streamlined handover process. To finish off he sat with us in the car and ensured that every single item was correct, explained the layout again and even checked that the navigation/entertainment system was completely reset and programmed to our phones. Kallum finished by making absolutely sure we were happy with everything, before we drove off and promised a phone call in a few days time to make sure everything is as we expect. Huge thanks to Richmond Hyundai for our new car - we are beyond delighted and the icing on the cake was Kallum - a real star, who was professional, knew the car backwards and let us make our own decision at our own pace. Thank you Kallum, a great ambassador for Richmond!

Wrong parts ordered for fitting heated seats. It is now more than 3 weeks since the work was paid for and I still do not have a completion date
