A good range of policies , to cover all eventualities

Once got over the different ways to contact and using my computer able to buy at a reasonable rate for my holiday. Older less savvy people may need some help with such things as a QR code but managed ok. Why people can't send Letters I don't understand but then I'm an old Git.

Purchase insurance through this company , got no letter saying I was insured, just a policy number , went on holiday thinking that would be ok , had a accident 3 days into holiday , went to seek medical attention, policy number would not do wanted a letter , rang home everyday to check if the policy had come through, it had not I was in agony had to stay in bed as could not walk , got home went to hospital I had broke my foot, got intouch with free spirit , handed me to claims as it had not spoiled my holiday I couldn’t not claim , like 4 days in bed not spoilt, I called it beyond spoilt, as the policy did not come I asked for a full refund , and they just passing me around all over I didn’t get what I payed for and I been robbed in my eyes , I f I had the policy I would have been seen to I wouldn’t have sat in bed nursing a broken foot for fun of it !!!!

I purchased my insurance from Free Spirit on the 18th of October and was very pleased with the service ,I would certainly recommend them in the future very professional company.

Very straightforward on the Web site, what appears to be a good level of cover for a competitive price. I hope I never need to find out how good the policy really is. I had to telephone to confirm the territorial boundaries and the agent was clear and helpful.

Free Sprirt really went out there way to get me covered to travel with a brain tumour and between Cemo sessions, and where more competitive then others which had non affordable prices in the 1000s not 100s for a 5 day break.
