The instructions were easy to follow, and it just took time to ensure you answered all questions fully

The price was right, but the website was a pain. First two browsers I used would not let me pay. Seems like having security on the browser breaks their payment system. Would be better if a lack of secure settings stopped payment! And please use European dates on this website - transaction on 10 August, not 8 October.

Katie whom I spoke with was very helpful although due to my age could have spoken a little slower with all the information she had to go through with me. This is my go-to company for providing good travel insurance for people with pre-existing medical conditions. Usually friendly call handlers but the medical questionnaire takes too long and is no quicker for renewal of annual policy even if no changes, and questions are not all up to date with current medical practice.
