This is our first time travelling abroad.we called your company who answered after a few rings and the operator we spoke to (Bethany) was extremely helpful and answered all our queries and arranged a quote. Everything was fine until I rtealised ONE HOUR after I had given the details and paid that I had got one question wrong. I phoned back immediately to correct it only to be told that I would have to pay an amendment fee as well as any extra premium consequent upon the change. As an existing customer I would have thought that one minor change would not attract an amendment fee. Very disappointing.

We have significant health issues. The staff were very patient and helpful. The quote was very competitive. In the event that we have to make a claim, which I hope we don't, we will have to see how helpful they then are!
