Have used Free Spirit Travel insurance for several years now and have found them to be competitive and comprehensive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I fortunately have not had to use the insurance policy so cannot comment on how effective it is

This was my third renewal of travel insurance with Free Spirit, having received a competitive online quote in comparison to quotes from other travel insurance providers.

Straightforward questions which were easy to answer. I was very relieved to find that my heart attack did not prevent Free Spirit from offering me an insurance quickly at a reasonable price. I have used them previously and will expect to do so again in the future.

We had to make a claim when I was in hospital in Benalmádena in April.We eventually got paid what we were due but it took 7 months for us to receive the amount

I’ve reached an age where getting travel insurance is no longer as straightforward as it used to be. Especially if you have an pre-existing condition. This year, planning my first overseas trip since Covid began, I was expecting a few more hiccups as I was four years older. I was wrong. It took about 15 minutes with an immensely helpful agent to get comprehensive travel insurance once again. I couldn’t recommend the company more highly.
