The Company rep was very helpful in guiding me through the process especially with the medical questions and what the insurance covered etc. The quote was very reasonable and compared well with previous insurer though was only 2/3rd the price. Have recommended to other friends.

I do have issues paying online with my card, so needed to call back. Again call answered quickly and issue resolved. Confirmation email received when still on the call. Plus very competitive prices.

The health questionnaire was good but hard work at times. The final documentation sent was clear and excellent.

My mum sorted my insurance policy out for me as I am severely disabled. The representative on the telephone was very understanding about my disabilities. He was very respectful and listened to what we had to say. He didn't rush us and at no point did we feel under pressure to purchase the product. The price was very competitive and in fact much cheaper than a lot of other companies. Their policy was reasonably and also sensibly priced, thank you :-)
