Zero Stars is way more accurate! Terrible, horrible experience! DO NOT prepay and park here!!! I made arrangements to park here for our five day cruise. The cruise was delayed three times, leaving Sunday evening instead of Saturday afternoon. The cruise line put our luggage on the wrong ship, so we didn’t end up cruising. We left and went home. I called to explain what happened. They asked for me to share my emails from the cruise line and then denied reimbursement. They said I needed to cancel ahead of my check-in date. How could that possibly have happened?!?!? I was planning on parking at 11:30 on Saturday when I made these plans. I could have never imagined three delays, lost luggage and then not cruising at all. Things happen that are out of our control, and when a business can’t help or won’t help, it’s really sad. Not a business I want to support. I hope no one else goes through what we did here. STAY AWAY!!! Find somewhere else nearby to park!

Houder van lose tomtom is verdwenen, plus briefje koninklijke marechaussee verkeervoorschrift overtreden ,kenteken houder krijgt sanctie (boete) opgelegd ,was op vakantie ben80 jr nog nooit boete gehad ,zijn niet te bereiken???? Dit is de overkoepelende organisatie van shuttle parkeren Schiphol in Aalsmeer. Bij aankomst was er in eerste instantie niemand te vinden. Uiteindelijk de auto kunnen parkeren. Bij terugkomst vrij lang moeten wachten om opgehaald te worden. Het busje zat vol met vrienden/collega’s van de chauffeur. Vind dit niet prettig. Bij terugkomst een enorme schade aan de auto. Uiteraard kan dit niet verhaald worden. Maar op onze mail hoe het dan zit met de camerabewaking en beveiligen die er volgens de website is, hebben wij geen reactie mogen ontvangen. We denken bijna dat ze de schade zelf hebben veroorzaakt

SCAM!!!! NO WAY !!!! get ready to be jipped

All good until I got back and there was no shuttle available to pick me up at airport, I wasted aand I had to pay an extra $17 for Lyft to get me back to hotel to pick up my car because their shuttle only runs till 11pm apparently.
