I had to have a checking time due to an error when scheduling. Reservation was changed promptly, but charging me $4 to make that change did not set good with me.

prepaid 4 dollars per day for car spot and still had to pay at lot to park. False advertisement of 4 dollars per day parking.

The worst experience after using them for about 4 years. They advertise shuttle service until 10pm. The service actually stopped at 9pm, which left me and my family stranded. i had to pay for an Uber and after I contacted the company, they refuse to reimburse me. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I will NOT be using these people again. The only reason I choose them was because of the free shuttle service, location and price. But why advertise something if you are not going to fulfill what you advertise!

The hotel was convenient to the airport, the parking lot was very well lit. Processing my car with the front desk was quick and easy. My car was there nearly three weeks. NO ISSUES. The one caveat was the shuttle. It is supposed to be by every 20 min. Pls allow more time, do not cut it close.

Had more options for parking than I would have expected when trying to book last minute! Nearly always have a discount code of $2 to $5 dollars. Every little bit helps! In the past when I had plans change, they were very responsive to a cancellation request.

I would NEVER use this parking service at the Sheraton Suites Alexandria DCA Parking offered through Global Airport Parking. While the instructions stated that there was only ONE shuttle on the hour going to the airport, it was not clear that the return shuttle only operated on the top of every hour too. Here are the instructions: "Upon your return to DCA, please call us to request your return shuttle." However, when I called to request the shuttle, I was told that the shuttle had just left the airport, and I would have to wait for the next shuttle, which would be leaving the hotel in about 50 minutes. That delay pushed me over the time I was supposed to pick up my car, and that would cost me an extra $8.00, adding insult upon injury. In the instructions, there was NO mention of the $8.00 PER HOUR for cars not picked up by the check out time listed on your reservation. Even though I would have gotten my car out of the garage before my check out time if there had been more than one shuttle each hour, that didn't matter. I ended up taking an uber to the hotel, both to save time and the extra charge. This is a TERRIBLE parking service for airport travel. One shuttle per hour to pick up and drop off people is not sufficient. I would not recommend this service.

Slechte service . We stonden een uur te wachten op onze auto met een kindje van 1 jaar . Hun excuus was jullie vlucht was Vertraagd kregen we in de mail slechte gang van zaken.Naar mij weten bel je als je je bagage hebt en dat hun dan de auto brengen. (Max 20 min). Het heeft dus nix te maken of onze vlucht Vertraagd is of niet . Hele slechte service zal dit zeker niet nog een keer doen!

Overcharged and was told since I paid I couldn’t get a refund. What??? Parking at the hotel is fine. The issue is with Global Parking

I called to move my pickup time to 3:30 AM from 5:30 AM and was charged an extra 18$.That was only a 2 hr. change.

Service is for what you pay for and more, my car is secure and shuttle service, plus drivers great human beings.
