Signed a contract offering five spots in our hotel location for this company to sell; they are selling our spots at half price and not remitting payment. We are turning away their clients due to this, DO NOT RESERVE PARKING AS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE A SPOT WHEN YOU GET THERE!

horrible customer service. Google adds for shuttle however a lot of locations do NOT have a shuttle and Lyft is $50 -$100 1 way to the airport!!! They will not give your money back & they will make excuses if you ask for a refund or credit... I DO NOT recommend this site at ALL... STAY AWAY ... Also this company in not accredited with the BBB.

Global Airport Parking accepted my reservation and money for a parking facility that doesn't exist and is marked permanently closed on Google maps. Unfortunately I found this out at 2 in the morning. They offered absolutely no help and no refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I reserved a spot through them for Seattle. The parking lot was Payless Parking. The lot was behind an auto parts store, no signage and no attendant. I drove up and down the street before finally calling the number and reaching the driver. He was out doing a pickup so we waited. This was supposed to be valet parking which, with this company was leave your key and they'll move it if needed. Upon return, they had no idea where our car was. We had to scour the lot until we finally found it, only to discover the batterty was dead. It is a relatively new battery so my guess they left a door open and drained the battery. We dinked around for an hour after a 18 hour travel. Will never use them again. Buyer beware!!!!! 2/16/23 THREE months after this review I got a response that said, essentially, "gee, sorry, but hey, we're just the organizer of all these independent companies. Took no responsibility at all!!! Pathetic.

I reserved airport parking through them on the website only to find out after I made the reservation and payed that the shuttle for the hotel stopped at 11pm. My flight was getting back at 1155 so the shuttle wasn't available.The website should have mentioned the shuttle times before I payed and reserved.. not after. I was in a rush trying to catch a flight so I end up having to pay and park at another lot that offered 24hr shuttle so I didn't get to use global parking at all. I emailed them the same day and explained the situation.They do not want to give me a refund.. I will never use them again.

The worse parking service ever!! I made a reservation to park my car at Long Beach Airport 4 months prior to my flight. On the day of my flight, 2 hours before I was supposed to park my car, I got a text message from Global Airport Parking Service that the hotel could not accommodate my vehicle. I contacted the hotel and was told by the hotel personnel that they severed business ties with this company well over month ago. I had to scramble for parking (had to park at airport as most reservations have to be made 3 days in advance) and park at the airport. It cost me an additional $50 in fees. I reached out to Global Airport Parking to allow them to pay the difference due to their horrible customer service but they simply said they were not liable. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

Parked our car at the Hampton Inn, Knoxville, TN airport and paid $77.81 for our reservation. Upon return the night of 10/15/2022, gathered our luggage and proceeded to the pick-up area. Called the Hampton Inn for pick-up and was informed the shuttle service was not available due to sick driver. Was told to get a cab and pay for the ride to the hotel. No cabs! Waited over an hour and was able to get another lady from a different hotel to take us and paid her $10. HOTELS NEED TO HAVE A BACK-UP SHUTTLE DRIVER!!! Poor service.

NEVER AGAIN!! Changed where I was parking last minute (the night before,didn’t see it till the morning of my flight) instead of the Clarion right outside DTW, we had to go to the Hampton 10 miles away. Instead of the shuttle leaving every half hour, it was every hour! Don’t use these guys, stick to the professional parking lots right by DTW that shuttle constantly. It’s practically the same price and in the end no stress.

hi i park my car in Miami for 10 days at one switch rental a car 3256 nw 24th street rd thorough global airport parking i pick up my at night and was dark on july 26 i went home 2 hour drive the next day i noticed the my car was damage in the front bumper i contact global parking and tall me sorry with are a 3rd patty and the place that i park said that a inspection of the car at check out before living the location never happen, there for no one is responsible for the damage please do not park you car at this location . they are not sincere people.no cameras.

tHIS rating is for the website and Customer Service - both - lousy. The parking is and has always been 5 Star. The billing address should have a check box to Auto put my address in there - such as same as home address in your account. I have three trips to line up and got the first one done but the parking filter does not work so well and I had to cancel and redo it. The CS guy on the phone couldn't just change it and cancelled my order. There is no listing for Fort Myers FL and there should be. the listing is over in the S's for Southwest Florida

Parking process is very complex, there is no instructions on the email reservation that you MUST get the ticket upon entrance to be validated. However, this is a requirement by GAP in order to be picked up from the port and also to leave the parking garage. It would be so much easier to spell this out in the email or post a big sign at the parking entrance that ALL tickets must be validated. This vague but important step can cost customers lots of headache, time, and cost (if you insert your credit card when the gate does not open)

You have been warned, only use them if you want to be stressed out for your trip. Upon pick up they squeezed us in like sardines and made all the kids sit on the parents lap, but a least we got to the port. But on return we followed all their Instructions but never got picked up, had to take an Uber to the parking lot, and we weren't the only ones, many people showed up to the parking lot in a uber. It is worth the extra money to park at the port yourself, NEVER again

This is the first and LAST TIME I will use Global or any other 3rd party racket for parking at PHL (or any airport). I have used many other (off-airport) dedicated lots while traveling without issue. This time, I parked via Global at the Phila Airport Sheraton Suites to save a few bucks--HUGE MISTAKE. After my weeklong trip I returned (at 12:30 AM) to find that the catalytic converter on my car had been cut out and stolen! Obviously, even though entry is monitored, the lot itself is not and criminals take advantage of the lack of security. In contrast, at a dedicated lot, there is a 24/7 attendant, lighting throughout and pick-up vans are constantly roaming the lot for pick-ups and drop offs, all of which discourage criminal activity. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to exit, the card reader said I owed $200 since my time "had expired" even though I already paid Global up front and scanned the provided QR code upon entry. I had to go back to the front desk to explain my situation to exit the lot. (Did I mention this was after a flight from the west coast and after midnight??) Needless to say, I was already seriously pissed off that my car was vandalized and then had to waste time UN-F***ing an admin screw-up. This dismal level of service is emblematic of the saying that "You get what you pay for". THIS SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING IT. DON'T BE AN IDIOT--USE A REAL LOT DEDICATED TO PHL TRAVELERS!

Had no problems with global airport parking, rang the number on arrival and was picked up at my car, dropped off at the monorail no waiting and no hassle on return we had a repeat performance well done guys, also saved myself £60 because all the other parks wanted £100 plus so see you next time lads

Took a cruise out of Miami and left car for 2 weeks. Very secure parking with shuttle service to port after 11am. I was surprised to learn that you can call them to get shuttle back to parking before 11am since I disembarked at 0830. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Plane landed / door opened / phoned at 1340, had no luggage so, was in the already in the parking garage 10 mins later...car eventually turned up at 1700. Sweet girl apologising but I was already trying to purchase an automatic machine gun from Amazon. After a flight one just wants to get home!

On pick of my car it was fast and easy, arrived back 11.30 at night, rang for pick up, no answer, got an answer and the woman made excuses. Two and a half hours we waited for my car. Demanded refund and heard nothing back. Do not use
