I am quite pleased with its performance. The dryer works well, delivering efficient drying results. It handles clothes of various materials with ease, ensuring they come out dry and soft without any damage. The settings are simple to navigate, making it user-friendly even for those who are not very tech-savvy. However, the delivery process was a bit disappointing. The product arrived later than expected, which was inconvenient. But once it arrived, the dryer’s performance made up for the delay.

Careful, punctual and helpful, the team did a swift installation of the dishwasher I bought and recycled my old one for free. I highly recommend them!

I booked a repair appointment for Saturday, but didn't receive a response until Monday. When someone finally called, they said they would be there in 30 minutes. The engineer arrived promptly and was very professional. However, after diagnosing the issue, they discovered that the necessary part for my microwave model was out of stock. Not only was that part unavailable, but the entire model didn't appear in their system (Out of stock). The initial visit cost me £70. After the engineer checked the part together, I noticed it was actually priced around £110. If I purchased the part and needed another service call, the total cost would be £250 (£70 + £70 + £110). Considering that the same model microwave new costs only £230, this repair seems impractical. UPDATE: 1 - I booked on the website on Saturday for Monday without receiving any email confirmation until Monday morning 2 - I wrote my issue with all the details numbers and models 3 - As I mentioned the engineer was really really professional, is the system that doesn't work well

Very good service and excellent delivery drivers who were both very polite and delivered my appliance with care.

The installers (Sam) were great, efficient and polite. Unfortunately, the communication from the main office was poor, requiring a couple of calls to get updates, and promises of callbacks that never arrived. Once the delivery was en-route the comms picked up and as mentioned above, the installers were quick, helpful and polite.

Ordering washing machine was easy and straightforward. It arrived as scheduled, I was contacted by delivery driver prior to the delivery as well as received an email and text message! Delivery team were polite and professional, removed old and contacted new machine. We also have a difficult access which wasn't a problem and I was so grateful for efficient and smooth service

Good selection and very speedy delivery. My new dryer was delivered quickly and on a day that was convenient for me. I only ordered from you as it said it was in stock and available. Then the lies started. They said they could not find it in the warehouse as the boxes all looked the same! Then they said it was to be delivered on the Friday i was expecting deliver but had not arrived. Then by the following Wednesday, still no word and every time i rang the man on the helpline said give me 5 min i will ring you back. Never ever did ring back and i had to call again 45 min later and more lies about where it was, and when it was expected. I then sent an email of complaint and no response to that although given the experience it not surprising. No refund of my £263.99. The guy on the helpline was so rude to me and hung up on me when he was meant to be doing my refund. I then rang straight back and he let it ring for 15min without answering as he knew it was me. Shocking service and a lie after lie about the situation. No proactive contact from yourselves given the situation and no repsonse to a complaint email. There are better alternative providers out there to use so avoid this firm.

Needed someone to come and have a look at my washing machine. Was given an appointment for the next day. Then engineer came earlier than the allocated time, which suited me. He gave an honest opinion rather than saying it needs parts, and should be repaired.
