New Tumble Dryer delivered on time and installed as requested. It was a fiddly job to install but the team were brilliant and had it all done in a few minutes.

Worst service imaginable. Engineer came out originally over a month ago to assess problem. Ordered new part which he said would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Over a month goes by and I haven’t heard from them after repeated emails/calls (left on hold for 20 minutes before giving up) Eventually get through and arrange a time for them to fit part. I wait in and no one turns up or calls. I call to rearrange for the following morning. The man who arrived was rude and unable to complete the job. Said he’d come back the following day and that his manager would call us. Nothing. I just called to explain what had happened and customer service hung up on me mid sentence as I was explaining all this. We paid in advance for the part to be fitted. Avoid at all costs.

Service was great. Arrived early. Delivery fee and recycle fees much lower than competitors. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Very good local service, would use again.

The two men who delivered were very professional and skilled in the way they delivered the order and set it up.

Delivery set to 9 am to 12, I cleared fridge at 10.30 then freezer 12 so as to assist delivery,then told delivery 2 to 5pm so I put it all back.Not the end of the world,plug was working in kitchen then it stopped ??? Eventually I twigged it.Men were quick and tidy and informed me to switch f f on after 4 hours all good,no problems. Took away all packing and old fridge.v happy
