Brought this via their website, initially from eBay as live in NI & delivery was good& beef arrived in perfect packaging and the bed it self is lovely & decent mattresses. Perfect 'spare bed' Great contact over both phone and emails

Bed nice strong just dissapointed inner boards for floor of bed were slightly damaged bed was easy to put together instructions very easy to follow.Would recommend bed to friends

Very pleased with the oak bed frame I bought. Placed order at 11am. Delivered free of charge 10am the following day following a courtesy call from the driver.

Got my name wrong, wanted to charge £60 just to slide up 1 flight of stairs (I'm disabled), despite cancelling the order before they charged my card they took the money anyway and I am now waiting to be reimbursed, they made cancelling as inconvenient as possible.

Whatever you do, DON'T buy from this company. Their website looks very nice but their customer service is utterly shocking. They consistently ignore communications and when you do eventually get hold of them, they try to fob you off with excuses. I had to threaten them with further action to make them cancel the order and refund payment. Your money is not safe with them. There are plenty of other online bed retailers out there, use one of them instead unless you have a desire to endure a lot of problems and hassle trying to buy a bed. They will treat you like garbage.

The bed received was of dreadful quality and the after sale services is appalling. Referred as a dispute to my card provider who will be taking this further. Avoid any hassle and go elsewhere

Amazing service from my first call to receiving my delivery. Fantastic communication, informing me of delivery eta. The delivery man was brilliant and very helpful too. My boy loves his bed and asked "if we move please can I take my bed!!" Thank you x Highly recommended company x ***********

Delivery was a day late with no communication all day when waiting in for our bed! Phoned their courier DX in Exeter and complained it turned up on the Friday in filthy packaging with a broken internal drawer that we couldn't open. The mattress was lovely but the divan bed was utter crap and although quite cheap not worth a £100 let alone £449!! The headboard was ripped in the corner and had been patched up so not even new. Never ever again. Got £65 compensation absolute joke. Oh and to add insult to injury only one man delivered the bed so we had to bring it in ourselves as he dumped it in the car park and I have a splint on my wrist... bunch of cowboys who need to be closed down. And when I complained to HF4U you have to email them to complain as there is no phone number to ring. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Bought an ottoman side lift bed, communication was excellent and delivery re-arranged to suit when I was at home so pleased with that, Item was delivered safely and as described at a sensible price when compared to others, bit fiddly to put together but not rocket science either and sturdy once erected. For the price paid I'm pleased with the whole experience and would use again.
