Terrible delayed customer service. My original question was not answered correctly and it took forever for my question to get answered via multiple emails. By then it was too late. And no customer service by phone! Please remove the photo of the woman in the phone on your customer support page. It’s terribly misleading!

After having a reply to my last review on the 5th Feb I am still yet to receive any response from the customer service team about my delivery I still haven’t received from November. They really know how to provide customer care. I wouldn’t recommend.

J’ai acheté un bon sur Groupon pour un livre photo A5 couverture rigide de 30 pages . Depuis un mois j essaye de le faire sur le site de printerpix mais impossible de le crée ils me renvoie à chaque fois sur le changement du mot de passe mais rien ne marche . Je pense que je me suis encore fait avoir à fuir ce site

Scam Scam Scam. Awful company who will no doubt send an automated reply again. Please all write 1 star reviews and get this company shutdown, just taking people's money for fun.

Paypal couldnt get my money bank. I now have Visa chasing it and have reported them to Action Fraud and Facebook due to their advert still being shown.

Había hecho más pedidos anteriormente y parece que bien En octubre de 2024 con dos Groupon hice dos álbumes fotográficos que nunca llegaron a pesar de pagar también dos gastos de envío. Con trataron por esta página y también por email diciendo que se pondrían en contacto conmigo y me darían una solución...hasta hoy...es un ROBO. Casi imposible contactar y con alguna contestación generica y ninguna solución. Doy por perdido mi dinero y mi tiempo. Tened en cuenta las experiencias de los que nos han estafado para que no le pase a nadie más.

J'ai choisi ce site pour réaliser un book photo pour la Saint-Valentin. Je me suis donc pris à l'avance pour finaliser mon projet et commander, dans l'espoir de recevoir tout à temps. Je n'étais pas inquiet, il était indiqué que la livraison se faisait le lendemain. Tout est donc finalisé le 30 janvier, soit 2 semaines avant la date...... Le livre est arrivé le 21 février. Rendez-vous raté pour la Saint-Valentin. Je ne vous remercie pas et ne repasserai pas par vous pour imprimer des photos

I needed a rush and still have not received. I paid an extra $60 to receive my order on time and have received nothing from order, no refund for the rush delivery fees, and no response from customer service. This company is not responsive or reliable.

My cousin loved the family photo blanket. It was perfect clear of the photo.

ordered a canvas picture, it was delivered by every to an unsafe place and I did not receive the item, was offered a replacement but as it was going to be a birthday present I went elsewhere and was offered a refund. This refund was supposed to be returned within 3-5 business days... nothing returned. I contacted again and was ignored, I contacted again and was told sorry for the delay, the refund is on the way but will be another 8-10 business days... I thought 'great at least the money will be returned'... Nothing has been returned... I contacted again and told once again to wait another 8-10 business days... nothing has been returned... This happened in October 2024... I am still waiting for my refund and now no one is contacting me back! absolutely disgusting from this company who are stealing people money! Return what I paid ASAP!

Dear PinterPix Customer Service, I am absolutely appalled by your lack of response and service. I placed an order on February 4th and paid extra for timely delivery, expecting it to arrive in time for Valentine’s Day. Not only did my order not arrive, but I have also received no response despite multiple attempts to contact you via email and phone. Your company advertises guaranteed delivery times, yet you have completely failed to deliver on that promise. This was meant to be a Valentine’s gift, and the delay has caused me embarrassment and frustration. After reading other reviews, it seems I am not alone in experiencing these issues, which raises serious concerns about how your business operates. I demand an immediate update on my order or a full refund. If I do not receive a response right away, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. This is unacceptable, and I expect urgent action.

it was easy to get the pictures in the calendar where I wanted them. I liked the way they turned out.

I was sent the wrong size calendar and been asked to contact customer care. Contact them twice within 2 weeks not a single answer. Worst customer care I've deal with. I end up with a small A5 calendar and paid for an A3 calendar. I've been doing my calendars with them for a few years but they've put me off now.

Though I had trouble using a voucher I purchased through Groupon, Tia Johnson helped me with patience and professionalism.

Why are you asking me for a review when I haven’t received my product or a response to my request for tracking information or an update? So far, I’m not impressed. It’s ridiculous that you would make someone pay extra to keep you from putting your web site on a blanket that’s meant to be a family heirloom. Then immediately start asking for reviews without providing any information about the order. The one way communication seems scammy.

Colis « en livraison » puis « introuvable » depuis 2 mois… super cadeau de noël ! Malgré de nombreux tickets d’aide envoyés (impossible à joindre au téléphone) Printerpix nous a volé près d’une centaine d’euros. Ne surtout pas commander sur ce site !
