Germany | 02 January 2025Über Groupon hatte ich für 3 Kalender, die ich Heiligabend 2024 verschenken wollte, einen Gutschein gekauft. Schon das Einlösen war eine Herausforderung, bis man endlich den Gutscheincode eingeben kann. Nun nach Weihnachten geht das direkt auf der Startseite. Auf meine Nachfrage, wie man den Gutschein einlöst, keine Reaktion. Am 17.12.24 hatte ich dann Hilfe und obwohl lt Internetseite Bestellungen bis 20.12.24 rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten da sein sollen, habe ich einen Aufpreis gezahlt, damit das auch klappt. Am 23.12.24 konnte ich sehen, dass die 3 Kalender noch nicht einmal erstellt wurden. Anrufen und nachfragen? Nicht möglich. So schickte ich eine Mail an den Kundendienst. Am 27.12.24 eröffnete ich über Klarna einen Streitfall. Am Sonntag den 29.12.24 erhielt ich eine Mail, angeblich von Printerprix, deren Geschäftszeiten von Montag bis Freitag auf der Seite angegeben wurden., Man fragte nach meiner Adresse, diese sei angeblich falsch und der Auftrag daher zurückgestellt. Fraglich, ob hier wirklich Printetpix meine Adresse haben wollte, denn diese war mit Sicherheit korrekt hinterlegt! Und liegt zudem Klarna vor, abgesehen davon, dass man hätte DIREKT einmal nachfragen können. Bis heute 2.1.25 sind die Kalender nicht erstellt worden und von Pinterpix keine (weitere?) Reaktion auf meine Reaktion, ich hoffe, ich bekomme über Groupon mein Geld zurück !

Spain | 02 January 2025Malísima experiencia!! Hice un pedido y después de que me lo habían cobrado me decían que estaba sin terminar y me pedían que lo pagase otra vez. No he podido ponerme en contacto con ellos , les he escrito un montón de veces y no me contestan o cuando consigo que me atiendan por el chat de la página pongo lo que pasa dejan de escribir . Y todo en inglés!

United Kingdom | 02 January 2025This is being generous, ordered x2 Xmas presents 12th December as was guaranteed Christmas delivery well they never arrived, contacted numerous times for an update only ever responded once. The order originated in the uk with a uk delivery address but is now in Frankfurt 22 days later and being processed. I will never use this company again.

United States | 02 January 2025This company is awful I see many people whose Christmases were ruined including mine because they promised delivery by Christmas if you ordered by the 18th some people ordered the beginning of December and are not getting it until after January 1st what a joke and they have nothing but artificial intelligence for customer service paid for faster shipping that was a waste they won't even refund that garbage company can't wait to see what the image looks like

Cannot contact them by phone ,I've emailed them several times ,no one will respond !!! I just wanted a difference of refund on blanket. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM..

Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente y dicen que no hay ningún producto comprado, que reclamé a mi banco.... Exijo se me devuelva el dinero.

United Kingdom | 02 January 2025While the product was good, I received only 1 of three of the items ordered. I contacted them with no response. They blamed the courier company for the lateness which I struggle to believe as I was updated at every step from the courier service. Subsequently they replied to the trust pilot review and said I should contact another email. This did not help!!! I still haven't received a response from them. All a marketing/PR stunt. Don't buy from them.

United Kingdom | 02 January 2025STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a few photos on 20th Dec as wanted them as a last minute Christmas present. Printerpix was the only site who could guarantee delivery by 24th so I went with them. Paid £3.99 to rush the printing through plus over £11 for the guaranteed delivery. On the evening on 23rd dec I received an email saying that they were sorry but they couldn’t get the order to me on time. I immediately replied to cancel the order as no longer needed if not here for Christmas. Amelia from their customer services team then replied days later to say my photos were now in final stages of production so nothing they could do but I’d be given a £5 credit on my next order!! I have replied with a complaint but have heard nothing since. Polite replies but Customer service is poor and they clearly cannot provide the services they advertise so will never be using this company again. Still no signs of the photos either!! UPDATE. As of 7th January and having had the below reply from printerpix a few days ago, I am yet to hear from their team or have any further reply to my email, which I did forward onto the email provided in Joey’s below reply! I am very disappointed and just hope nobody else receives this horrendous customer service. Looks very much like their reply on here was just for show!

This was the first and the last time to use this company They over promise and under deliver ! Had no problem taking my money right away though! Be aware. Ohhh and they don’t answer emails

United States | 02 January 2025I ordered before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping to make sure it got to my house BEFORE Christmas. It in fact did not come before Christmas and still has not arrived. I have contacted the company via email and the ticket request multiple times and still have yet to hear back from anyone. I now at this point just want a full refund but I’m not even sure if anyone is going to actually contact me back. It’s very frustrating.

I've been left without the present, refund and they don't reply to my emails. Placed my order on the 18th and it still shows that is being worked on. Waste of time and money.

Paid for Xmas delivery, got an email at 9.04pm on the 23rd saying they’d run out of stock so they were emailing so I could sort something else. Firstly, presumptuous that I could afford something else and secondly not enough time to have Xmas Eve to sort 3 gifts. No sign of one of the items off my order still on the 1st Jan. Poor communication from customer services. Disgusting service.
