Paid for expedited delivery which stated it guaranteed delivery by 24th, did not arrive until the 29th! Two attempts to contact have been responded with a generic email response. I expect a Refund for paying 12£ for the delivery which failed to meet the promise. Can an actual human please contact me about this. Update, after a heartfelt apology and promise of a resolution, 7 days later, surprisingly no one has made an attempt to contact me. Printerpix I fully hope to be contacted asap.

À ce jour 1er janvier le statut indique toujours « nos équipes mettent de la magie de Noël sur votre commande » À part des réponses automatiques rien ! C’est juste inadmissible à 80€ le cadeau je ne suis pas prête de repasser commande ni de recommander à qui que ce soit ce site !

Vietnam | 01 January 2025I had the choice of Vistaprint and others but I opted for Printerpix due to their promise of a pre-Christmas delivery. Wasn't kept updated and they basically shunned my complaints. They've offered a $10 credit note as an apology, however they've ignored my claim for a refund on the postage and packaging costs (which I paid extra for to ensure Christmas delivery) - Shocking really. Will stick with the bigger, more established companies next year. Shame, as their platform is much more user-friendly. UPDATE: @Joey said he would reach out to discuss options with me, and NEVER has. I fear this is just some wishy-washy customer service guff that they put here to make themselves look reputable.

France | 01 January 2025Un calendrier et une housse de coussin commandés début décembre, 1 mois plus tard et plusieurs tentatives vaines de joindre le service client, toujours rien, commandes notées comme expédiées depuis 3 semaines mais aucun suivi de livraison en ligne. Prix comparable aux concurrents avec qui je n’ai jamais eu de problème pour la livraison, le suivi et le service client. Lamentable, plus jamais.

United Kingdom | 01 January 2025I spent ages creating a Calendar for a gift was really excited made the payment came out of my bank account, went back to the page and it said failed… tracking as there but no progression I was confused and after days and days of trying to contact them I was told I’d be refunded. still now nothing I can not get through to them for love nor money. Phone , email, live chat , social media you name it you won’t get though go them. They Stole my money

United States | 01 January 2025I ordered a canvas and 10 photo books on 11/30/24. Received the canvas in a timely manner. No updates regarding the books were received until I reached out regarding the delay in receipt on 12/16. There was not a direct response to my inquiry: Just general messages received re: quality inspections well after the fact. The order was needed by 12/20 and was not received until 12/26. Extremely disappointed in the lack of response to my inquiry and the subsequent delayed delivery. The books were ordered as a Christmas gift for the family as the matriarch is in poor health and unlikely to make it to the next holiday season. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and response.

United States | 01 January 2025Still haven’t received it. Shipping confirmed 12/19/24 with arrival date of 12/30/24 but then changed to 12/31/24 and now 1/02/25. For $9.99 shipping and an initial 11 day wait time, I thought it would be here by now. This business should use a different shipping service. Mail Innovations is doing this business a disservice.

United States | 01 January 2025I’m guessing I’ve used this site in the past as I had a log in but I don’t remember how long ago it was. But don’t think I had a problem then so tried them again for calendars. Paid extra to have it done faster to make it for Christmas. Day that they were supposed to arrive came and went. And tracking wouldn’t work. Said they were with courier but couldn’t be found. Contacted them and they said to wait. Then they said they’d move my case up as my order was still stuck. Then Never heard from again. Tried contacting several more times, even tried opening another case and no one is responding… I went with them because I liked the low price and it was easy to create calendar but now I just lost $80 …. Wasn’t worth it don’t waste time or Money….

United States | 01 January 2025Gimmicky promotions and listings all across Groupon, complicated deals, and overly complicated pricing. Dumbest calendar sizes appear first. The templates and photo layouts are generic low quality and the design application does not give a lot of flexibility. I also love (not) the 3-4 upselling pop-ups in the checkout process. Really wish I had avoided this company but unintentionally tried them again. I think a more traditional approach would go a long way with operations for a family business instead of the foreign drop ship vibe.

United States | 01 January 2025I sent 6 emails stating never received order also when you clicked on tracking it say errors Bottom line Im not happy with customer service ( they simply said was delivered) and I have a strong social media presence related to reviews ..these were to be Christmas gifts ( customer calendars ) and I went with you guys vs Walmart also order way in advance to have by Christmas. I also live in a very secured area for friendly delivery and was home during the holidays. Again not happy with the lack of response Please let me know before you post my feedback public ..thanks ..Tony

United States | 01 January 2025I ordered a picture calender for a Christmas gift on December 2nd just received December 31st. The calender is 6 pages 2 sides per page some pictures the heads were cut off very disappointing I will be staying with shutterfly.

United States | 01 January 2025We made edits after we added the photo book to the cart. They sent daily emails reminding us to finish the project. We clicked on the file in the cart and made changes and additions over a few days, previewing it before ordering. We checked out and received photo books that were from the original pre-edited version. It’s obviously a computer glitch on their end where it kept the older file and didn’t update it with our changes. We certainly didn’t order a book of half blank pages and photos not laid out in position. They must not have a human even glance at projects before printing. We have messaged and called customer service to ask for a reprint or refund. They will not respond to messages. When I call they say’s our fault because it’s what we submitted and won’t give a refund even though the website says they will refund if not satisfied. Then they say to hold for a manager, but the call then disconnects. ———— EDIT: It’s been 24 hours with no response. Our order has been mysteriously removed from our account.

United States | 31 December 2024I ordered a photo book the order stated it would arrive 4 days before Christmas. It actually arrived 2 days after Christmas. I even made sure to choose the shipping that would get it here on time. A few pictures in the book are blurry which ticks me off as I would have put different ones in if I would have known they would be blurry, they looked good when reviewing them. And there are alot of empty pages at the front and back of the book. Makes it appear unfinished like you chose the wrong book when putting it together. All the pages were full on what I could see when making it. As this is a gift I don't like that it appears unfinished. Maybe make sure customers are aware you put excess blank pages in for no reason

United States | 31 December 2024Update 1/11/25: if I could give negative stars I would. I was told in 1/9/25 your order from 12/23 shipped. I didn’t order on 12/23. They sent a message saying the replacement was ordered. They did that. Not me. Asked for a refund on n 12/31. No response. I formally asked for a refund again on 1/9 and they said it shipped in the 3rd. It did not. I received notification AFTER my refund request on that same day from FedEx saying it arrived at FedEx and would be coming. I sent them the email chain from early December through Dec 31 and said it was a lie to tell me it shipped on the 3rd and I still want a refund. It was a Christmas ornament. It’s almost 3 weeks past Christmas. It’s 1 day away from being 2 months since I placed the order. I will never use your company again. And I had used you a few years ago thinking this would be fine. It was not. And your AI generated messages are simply patronizing and insincere. I know it’s AI. I work in the industry. I ordered 2 items an Nov 13. Was told 7-10 days. I expected it to be complete by December. It took for me to call and check on the order 3 weeks later. They said it shipped but it didn’t ship until a day later. I only recieved 1 of the 2 items. I emailed with a concern about the second item. I was assured it was on the way. When I got it, it was not even my picture. I emailed again. They assured me they would fix it. I still do not have my 2nd item. I’ve responded to the emails I’ve received but still no item. Gave me a new order number for the replacement over a week ago, but it doesn’t show in my account. I’m requesting a refund and probably won’t order from you again.

Ho provato a chiamare ma nessuna risposta dopo più di mezz’ora di attesa. Oltre a una brutta figura con un’amica, pure soldi persi. Se in qualche giorno continuerà a non arrivare nulla procederò a denunciare per truffa.

United Kingdom | 31 December 2024I’d left my Christmas calendar creations this year a little late and looked for a retailer that could deliver. Printerpix stated that they could so I went with them. I received an email on Christmas Eve to say the calendars would not be delivered, I responded to change the delivery address which the company responded positively to. However I have heard nothing since and am unlikely to receive the calendars this year. I appreciate that around Christmas it is an extremely busy time of year but retailers shouldn’t over promise and under deliver to obtain sales. I will never deal with this company again. Update: received my calendars on the 2nd January and was given a voucher for my experience, which I will never use. I requested a refund of my P&P delivery costs as it was clearly not rushed they acknowledged my email saying they aim to respond within 24-48 hours, 7 days later still nothing. A company full of empty words and promises.
