L’ordine fatto nei tempi giusti con spedizione veloce ,ancora non ricevuto nulla e addirittura sembra che la spedizione sia inesistente,quindi suppongo sia una truffa ..ordinati 3 calendari personalizzati ,vergognoso ,servizio clienti inesistenti..

Horrible customer service. Horrible product, ripped me off for over 100$ trying to get refund to no avail. Won't respond. Now it's January 7th, still no response, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off.

I wouldn’t even give them one star, item never arrived, taking it up with paypal and they keep giving them new tracking details and guess what never arrives. Customer service is shocking.

I ORDERED Layflat Hard Cover Photo Book 12" x 8" / 8" x 12" (20 Pages) ..... I clicked on voucher to redeem and selected 8x12 and created book. Every time I added it to cart I was charged $60+ ... It took 4 days before I could get someone on the phone. Explained the situation and this lady tried telling me I had to do the 12x8, and 8x12 wasn't an option. She was from overseas, poor customer service, she hung up when I tried to explain what the Voucher showed. Stay away.....

I chose this company in the hope of getting a personalised calendar for my wife for Christmas and what i wanted i certainly didn't get, and the customer service is absolutely shocking too. I won't ever use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My calendar was delivered late and damaged and when i say damaged i mean left out in the rain for hours damaged. I have sent countless emails to this company with pictures to prove and all i seem to do is get nowhere, they don't even have the decency to apologise and refund for this terrible service they provide. Stay away from printerpix people, if you want a proper service go elsewhere. Also just to let you know that after my review was activated, I received a reply from printerpix and was told that someone would contact me to get a resolution and 4/5 days later and i am still waiting for a response.

Worst service I have EVER gotten. The product was delayed and I was never told why. They also do not answer emails and dont care about the customer.

I spent considerable time designing and ordering custom calendars for my family as Christmas gifts. I placed the orders several days in advance of the cut-off Printerpix advertised would be "guaranteed" to be delivered in time for Christmas. It is now December 30th and FedEx has yet to even recieve the order from Printerpix and there is no end in sight as to when my order might actually be completed. Printerpix's customer service responded at first with a FedEx tracking number and tried to blame the error on FedEx but its clear FedEx has yet to recieve the order and now Printerpix's customer service team has stopped responding to my inqueries. Based on my experience and all the reviews I have read this is clearly an intential scam on the part of Printerpix to lure in and take advantage of customers during the holidays.

You promised to deliver prior to Christmas on an order that was placed 3 weeks ahead and I still have never received it. They blame it on a third party carrier. I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR ORDER FROM THEM !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

Well, I guess you get what you pay for. :( Print quality is not great - it looks like I did it on my home printer. Also disappointed that it took over 2 weeks to get prints, not in time for Christmas.

i placed an order, and reached out to cancel and resubmit a new picture, if i had known that there was no direct way to contact this company but through email . i would have never orederd. after getting in contact with someone using the chat option i was told i couldnt changed although the website says something different. after hours of going back and forth a resolution was resolved to just move forward with the already submitted order. only ro recieve an email 8 hours later that my order was canceled. i responded that this should not take place , but due to the lack of communication i dont know what is going on. this company is terrible with communication. and now i dont know if i even have my item which i really needed it. there is no 24 hour customer service support. and the chat function says that there are no bots but i keep getting the same generated message,

RUN RUN RUN SCAMMERS I placed an order online I needed help with it I emailed I’ve called no one has gotten back with me now it’s saying my item was delivered and I’ve never received anything !!! I’ve been emailing them and I’m currently on hold trying to get on the phone with someone that works there mind you I have been on hold for over an hour now !!!! Still no help or anything this website is a scam run don’t do it !!!!!!

I placed an order on 12/14/24 and today it is 12/30/24 and I still have not received my order. Your website states that there was a 99% chance that order placed by 12/18/24 would be received by Christmas.

Why advertise order by ..... and will be delivered before xmas? and also charge for this but then truly fail customer service non existant You replied saying would be in touch however unless mistaken still no reply?

Ordered with plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Just had tracking update that my photobook would be here on the 4th January. It was a Christmas present for a recently bereaved child. I ordered a calendar for my mum which arrived on time but I can't say the quality is good for the cost. It is very flimsy and poor quality compared to other companies. It appears that despite being a UK company the products are manufactured abroad and shipped over. My package is arriving from Poland. I usually use photobox but after googling I came across printerpix. I will not use again.

Tres veces me han cobrado un calendario, pero en la pagina pone que no se ha aceptado (aunque en mi cuenta están los cargos hechos) No hay teléfono útil, ni correo con el que poder ponerse en contacto con esta empresa. A todas luces es una estafa, ahorraos tiempo, dinero y disgustos e id a otra empresa más sería y legal. Fecha de la experiencia: 29
