United Kingdom | 24 December 2024Ordered before Christmas cut off deadline which guaranteed Christmas delivery, paid to jump the que yet still not been dispatched, received a general email today 23rd December at 9pm saying it may have been delayed and wanted to let us know as soon as possible as we can make necessary arrangements before Christmas day, what is the point it's too late to get anything now. Stop promising things you clearly can not do.

I even paid the $5 up charge to be “moved to the top of the list” and tracking is saying expect it December 26th. Very misleading information and I paid a ridiculous shipping charge to ensure the order got here in time.

This was an important Christmas gift I paid an extra 60 dollars for expedited shipping even with the promise the items would be delivered on a certain day. All customer service said to me when I called is “I hope your item arrives in time. When their website promised that it would. Seriously disappointed.

Give people a reasonable expectation. Never would have used this company if I knew. You are why small companies are dying... Back to Walmart.

Email received at 9pm the day before Christmas Eve to inform of delay. Tried to contact the company numerous times to confirm what was going on to receive a bounce back because their inbox was full. Terrible service, shocking customer service and still no response.

After multiple emails from them previously, I ultimately received an email stating "Due to unexpected inventory shortages, we have experienced delays in fulfilling orders and yours may be delayed. We understand that you entrusted us to deliver your treasured photo gift on time, and unfortunately, we haven’t met your expectations on this occasion. We wanted to inform you as soon as possible so you can make any necessary arrangements before Christmas Day. Rest assured, our teams are working around the clock to get your items to you as quickly as possible." Now, less than 48hrs till Christmas, I'm stuck trying to figure out an alternative. The website claimed to have all order by Christmas if order by the 18th or 19th. This clearly is false and misleading. And trying to call the customer service number is pointless. You will NEVER get in contact with anyone. I will NEVER recommend Printerpix. Don't even consider wasting your rime.

Googling Photobox these guys had a sponsors page with the name Photobox - pretending to be them. Having to go through Fraud to get money back as no goods received.

Order has been given a postal tracking number that has just said we are waiting for your item. Have not heard anything back from Printerpix. I get photo calendar each year from another company and never had a problem, will not be using printerpix again !

United States | 24 December 2024The worst customer service, and quality ever! 1 out of 5 calendars were made correctly( 4 were blank). I called and waited on hold for an hour and a half with no response. I finally sent a request via email and got a response. Andrew, was not helpful whatsoever. It was such a waste of time. It also arrived after Christmas, almost 10 days late . Anyway, I paid over 50 dollars, for one correct calendar. I went to Walmart got my calendar in an hour and paid $10. I wish I could post pictures because the Walmart calendar is perfect! Good luck! I just wanted to give you my feedback.

The photos are vivid, not at all diminished for being printed on paper vs photo paper. This was made as a gift for mom/grandma, and I know she is going to absolutely LOVE it!

Jetzt kommen die Bücher am 30.12. an, also knapp 3 Wochen später- das waren Weihnachtsgeschenke!!! Nie wieder bei diesem miserablen Service. Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen. Erreichbar sind sie auch nicht, weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail. Hätte ich doch bei Rossmann bestellt. Schnell, zuverlässig und genauso teuer. Ich bin über Groupon reingefallen. Ich rate absolut ab.

United States | 24 December 2024I paid $35 per order for expedited shipping to get this before Christmas and it was also said to be delivered well before Christmas and now it is actually expected to arrive after Christmas. So not only do I not have a gift, I threw $70 of expedited shipping away.
