Terrible advertised guaranteed Christmas cut off date I ordered before this and paid rush it’s still being processed was on chat yesterday and was told definitely will arrive today and yet it’s still processing go on chat today to be told it will arrive before Christmas Christmas Day is tomorrow how is this possible when they confirmed it’s not even dispatched yet fed up with the lies and want to make a complaint now ruined a present!! Be wary of this company, It has no scruples, and treats its customers with cynical disregard.I would have given PrinterPix zero stars had it been possible. Eight days before Christmas, I ordered a photo album for my son's 28th birthday (on Christmas eve). Its website guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. Then, on the morning of my son's birthday, I get an email saying that, because of "inventory shortages", my order has been delayed. I work in supply chain; inventory shortages don't just happen; PrinterPix will have known weeks earlier of the possibility of delays. As such, its website should have carried appropriate warnings about the likelihood of pre-Christmas delays. But of course, had it done so, it would have lost out on a mass of pre-Christmas business, such as mine. The company waited until Christmas Eve to send out its email."We wanted to inform you as soon as possible so you can make any necessary arrangements before Christmas Day", it said. How, exactly, did they expect me to conjure a photo album at 10am on the morning of my son's birthday? Sean Ashcroft 

No response from anyone my package was a Christmas gift said it was going to arrive before Xmas not even close so pissed off

Creating the calendar was easy and there are so many different and amazing ways to customize your calendars. I have a large family and was great to really be able to make a calendar where I could include everyone. I will receive my order in about a week and I’m excited to give To family members as gifts

Scam site. Blatantly lie about getting orders by Christmas. Ordered in time to get by Christmas and now on Christmas Eve order is still in production. Getting hold of real people at this company is impossible. Do not trust a word from them.

My calendar came out so nicely! It shipped quick and the photo quality came through. I love the small spiral bound option. I'll be using this for many gifts in the future!!

Same as everybody else. Spent almost $200 and had my order placed by the 18th for their "guaranteed Christmas delivery." Absolute SCAM and complete lie. I got a tracking number on the 20th but now on the 24th nothing has actually been made and sent out. I also paid extra to "jump ahead" and for what?

Let me start off by saying I opened my package and started balling. I paid a good amount of money for this picture and when I opened the package, the sides to my picture were totally cropped off and the picture as a whole was stretched way out making our bodies look like giants and extremely long. I am very disappointed right now. I was so excited to receive this and now I ruined my mom’s Christmas gift. On top of everything, my package was delayed by a whole 2 weeks and I didn’t even think I was going to receive it on time.

I haven’t yet received the blankets but I am looking forward to seeing how they look in person. I wish the upgraded fleece to shearling wasn’t so extremely more expensive but other than that, I enjoyed making the blankets and personalizing them to who they are for.

After placing my order and getting the confirmation email I contacted for an update as the website said shipped to arrive before Christmas. Nobody has contacted me back or giving me a tracking number and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. Very unhappy. :(

Finished my project by 12/18 to make sure I get it by 12/24. I get an email with tracking number a couple of days later but get an error message when trying to track the package. Reached out to customer support for help but don’t even get a response back. It doesn’t look like I’ll get it by 12/24. My wife will not get her Xmas gift in time. Terrible customer support.

No communication about delivery. Already late for when needed. Arrival date changes daily. Will never use them again. I can’t tell you about the product because I don’t have it .

Had tried another ‘supposedly’ easiest site to make photo wall calendar..it was NOT! Almost gave up then found this website and gave it another try. IT WAS PERFECT! User friendly, reasonably priced, and calendars arrived in a timely manner, earlier than I had expected. I have already recommended.

I went with the timeliness given on your website to order by a certain date and receive before christmas (estimate actually showed it was going to be the 21st) and now it shows it's not going to be delivered until the 26th. No communication and the link sent after it was delivered on the email didn't work!

No one has contacted me back about my concerns.

After I had my order in and confirmed I found, for whatever reason, it defaulted to my street but no house number. This would have been a big issue as USPS has misplaced (aka lost) my packages before. Printerpix actually caught the error before me and sent me an email. Crisis averted! Ordering was really pretty easy and straightforward. Best of all they delivered on time as promised. This is a gift and I am pretty sure will be very loved!

I was unable to complete my order over 3 days of trying. The system wouldn’t accept my PayPal payment. I submitted three help tickets and no response. When I clicked on “talk to an agent”, it took me to a page with faq’s but no answers. Each problem advised me to ‘talk to a representative”. I tried to call the number listed on the website and was unable to connect with anyone to talk to a human being. Because I couldn’t get the system to accept my payment for 3 days, I wasn’t able to get delivery in time for Christmas. Your customer service sucks.

I paid extra for shipping for my items to get here before Christmas and it’s saying it’s gonna be here after Christmas 😡
