Very slow to process claim. Claim was acknowledged over 4 weeks ago and there has been no further correspondence. After ringing to chase I’ve been told the claim review could take another 3-4 weeks. Not acceptable timescales when I’m hundreds out of pocket for vet treatment and very poor communication.

It was easy to get a quote, great price compared to competitors, same level of coverage. It is listed in a The Telegraph (along with others) as "The 15 best pet insurance providers in 2024 – and how to find the right cover for you". Reading it supported my decision to go with this insurer. ***I have not use it yet.

Easy to complete the online application initially for a quote for our new puppy. Having selectrd the level of cover easy to complete the documentation. Having had policies for our previous dogs have always found them very helpful both on line & over the telephone.Very good Customer Service

It was great I could arrange insurance for my pet in the early hours of the morning because I was buying the insurance on the computer. And the insurance schedule came through to me within minutes of me concluding my purchase.

How i wish i could give minus stars. My pet was insured with Healthy Pets for many years. Sadly i lost her last month and not only am i out of pocket as they won't settle any of the bill they are saying i owe money as they view this as payment for entire year. Bearing in mind i'd just had a renewal i had only paid for one month. They also deduct costs for the cremation even though i'd gone with the basic one, money for the animal being over 6 years old - really avoid this or any other Insurance factory products

I tried to contact several pet insurers about accident cover for my cats in case they injured each other - we're introducing two rescue cats and it's a possibility. Other companies either didn't answer or have the facility to ask the question, or didn't cover for this. The person I spoke to was lovely, and the cover is clear. I hope I don't have to use it.
