Excellent service. My cat has had a few health issues and Healthy Pets have been very quick and efficient with vets bills. I have been with them just under 2 years- so far I have found them to be an excellent service and will continue to stay with them.

I have insured 3 pets with healthy pets for a combined total of nearly 30 years. We had an issue with our dog and they were brilliant - this was 5 years ago but things appear to have gone downhill. My cat has just had surgery for a ligament issue, something which is incredibly uncommon in a cat and so it’s highly disappointing to find out the limit is £1500 on what has been a £2500 bill, plus of course this crazy 20% I have to pay of the claim. Yes it’s all in the small print but so few cats get cruciate ligament issues, unlike dogs, so it feels totally unfair they are treated in the same way. I will not be renewing any of my 3 policies with Healthy Pets.

All in all an easy process but, why oh why can’t you do something about entering the policy holders birthdate? It took me nearly as long to scroll back 55 years on the date of birth box as it did to complete the rest of the form!!

I thought I was having my dog insured in begin of February but no payment has been taken and it now 15 of March when should been so just as well forget it now I find a proper insurance elsewhere

Brilliant from start to finish. With them a little under 2 years, cat needed hip operation 2.5k Paid direct to Vet in less than a month. No quibbles just clarification of a blood test. Very happy and assured that they're ethical.

I wouldn’t say my experience was actually great, but was certainly far better than my experience with other Pet Insurers. Simple straight forward questions requiring answers that didn’t need a lot of delving into your pets history to provide the information.

Phoned to discuss my renewal quote. Lady on the phone was very polite and friendly went through everything. Made sure i was happy with and went through everything and was generally interested about my dog.
