Was searching for an insurance cover for a while for my cat now but was unsure who to go with . Until I got healthy pets on a comparison site which meets the needs of my cat . I find that this is just the right cover that covers most for a cat . Very happy with this choice .

What has gone right. Nothing July last year sent in claim for 3 party (my dog hurt another) low and behold still not sorted no communication from HPets. Not a happy Customer poor service vet bill now over 300 pounds due to late payments ! complaint made today next have to report higher. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

The whole claim procedure has been a nightmare, and because we made a small claim, a few months ago - which as yet, after much going back and forward has not been settled, they have sent a new quote out to us, which is double the amount we were paying, seemingly this is due to the paperwork error the vets had put our cat was Siamese and we had put him down as a Siamese cross on the insurance application, the vet has verified that he is a Siamese Cross so a new quote has been sent today based on this, I had both my cats insured with this company and will no longer be using them for pet insurance or anything else,

UPDATE since sharing this review my claim has been process and currently awaiting payment. ORIGINAL REVIEW I made a claim nearly 7 weeks ago and I am still awaiting an outcome. Communication and updates are poor. It is only when you ring up you get any sort of explanation, although still no timeframe provided.

AVOID, AVOID!!!! 1 star is very generous!! Had healthy pet insurance for many years. Paying over £117.00 monthly in final year. Penny was 12 and needing meds daily. Kept insurance on for peace of mind/ new conditions. Penny deteriorated requiring fluid and further tests costing over £700. A week later we were told that she had come to end of life and the kindest thing to do was put her to sleep,heartbreaking!!!! As many would know. Healthy pets REFUSED TO PAY!!!! As I paid monthly and she had passed they said they would not pay as I was part through annual term and paid monthly. DISGUSTING!!!!!! AVOID

Lady was very professional and polite.. always had excellent customer service.. my mum has always insured her pets with you and always bin very satisfied with your service
