I ordered a wireless 8 camera kit. This is the fourth kit I have purchased from Annke over the last 10 or so years. Website said 1000m range. I thought this was stretching the bounds of probability but only needed 100m so thought I'd be OK, Cameras can't even manage 100m. Annke customer service do not seem able to understand they can't quote 1000m and then tell me they meant 100ft (yes ...ft)! Complete shambles. I am now heading to the small claims court!

The product is good, but the documentation is sparse. Not all the features are covered in the Quick Start Guide, and a lot of those features are necessary.

Ganz miese Performance. Cam Ansicht nie möglich. Läd immer nur bis 95% dann ist TimeOut. Hatte vorher ein einfaches System was direkt angezeigt hat. Annke ist so sinnlos.

ANNKE was always available. Short response times. This solved the problem.

I bought the complete set with videorecorder, and 4 camera's. It came with 4 long UTP cables for a PoE connection. After installing and setup I had a clear image. Adding an additional camera initially proved to be a problem, but this was fast and professionally solved by the support team (Jane): The system needed a firmware update.

When i purchased the ANNKE home security CCTV system approximately two years ago, it was very easy to setup, unlike some other systems i have tried. I have found ANNKE very reliable and stable and extremely sharp clear view with great features such as a Great features like Face detection, Human, Vehicle and custom Area, all work very well.
