United Kingdom | 31 May 2023I have order the H800 - 4k 8 channels 4 camera + 4TB HDD, have been unlucky with the delivery from DPD which have been totally unprofessional so I have requested the refund. Called the customer service, very relaxed guys that will never give you the real information and refuse to provide the proof that the refund was requested having the excuse that the head office is in China and they can’t do anything. Now here is me getting nowhere with anyone stuck with a £450 cctv system to return, no return label provided and nobody is answering with clear answers. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND AT ANY PRICE, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, REFUSING TO BE TRANSPARENT TO CUSTOMERS AND REFUSING TO START THE REFUND PROCESS. Personally, very bad experience, absolutely awful. And ANNKE REFUSE to post NEGATIVE reviews as well, that’s why all of them are positive…trying to post mine since 15 of January, keep calling customer service and ask why and they are deleting my review and uk customer service is “feeling so sorry” and pretend they know nothing..they have deleted my review 4 times this month of May so DO NOT TRUST ALL THE 5stars reviews Because they keep deleting mine, absolute ZERO support and the customer service team is more than disgraceful … they’re using judge.me for reviews and if you post your real experience you have no chance to have your feedback posted…Absolutely shocking Replying: you absolutely liars, I did request the return label on several emails which you failed to provide and stop pretending you care because in my last 3 months I sent numerous emails to the email address you give me now and nobody is answering back to me plus called this number too +44 8081966228 with no resolution, You are liars and not a company that someone can trust. You not deleting reviews, why you use judge.me? Want me to send you screenshots with my review posted, verified than minutes, hours later “magically disappeared”?? You LIARS!

Australia | 25 May 2023The software backend of the Anke cameras is so complicated and unintuitive that it is impossible to understand and the complicated security systems and password setting is rubbish. I have bought two I51DM cameras and have just thrown them in the bin. I have been using and installing security cameras for 15 years and have never had such an impossible system to work with. Never again.

United States | 24 May 2023I've been installing surveillance systems for about 9 years now and do to the pandemic the manufacturer I used for years went out of business so for the last year or so I've tried a few different systems and I gave ANNKE a try and to be honest the cameras are pretty decent for the price point but and I DO MEAN BUT the customer support service is HORRIBLE. I've sent countless emails and talked to several different so called agents and live chat is TOTALLY USELESS. If ANNKE can STRONGY FOCUS ON THIS I think they could increase sales tremendously..get a USA BASED SUPPORT TEAM AND BECOME A MUCH BETTER COMPANY..So if there is a response to this review get real about your company STOP THE NONSENSE PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

Cameras are now up and running again Thank you.

Bahamas | 23 May 2023While I appreciate the timely response and follow up from the Technical Support Team on this matter, it is extremely disappointing and negative that a feature (WEB CONFIGURATION) in both the mobile app and PC software does not function properly. I have purchased and installed the ANNKE CCTV system for several Customers this year and will have to begin looking for another make to promote in my business.
