I keep asking when it will be delivered and if it can't be to refund but have only been replied to once stating they were busy after an influx of business! If you want an item within a reasonable timescale don't use this company.

United Kingdom | 08 June 2024I have been waiting for a delivery since February. Initially they said there was a delay, but I have heard nothing. I have emailed to cancel the order and to get a refund on several occasions, but I still get no response. And their telephone number 0800 0487211 has a message saying they aren't answering the telephone at the moment. Used to be reliable, but now would never use them again.

Shame on me that I didn't black listed it before when first time this happened to me in 2023, when they didn't deliver, they answer only 1 time promising delivery within extra 2 weeks, then when contacted again they never reply anymore and they don't even refund - lucky I paid via Credit Card and I made a claim against AYP charges.... even though all the hassle to do that is not a good time spent. So - this time, I ordered on 6th of May. Delivery says about up to 5 days. After 8 Working days, I emailed them. They replied after 4 days saying that they are extremely overwhelmed by orders in this busy time of the year (what?! is it Christmas somewhere and I didn't know?). They said they'll try to dispatch (not deliver) up to the end of next week - that means 2 weeks as their reply was on a Monday. After 2 more weeks (standard fake reply / lie) I emailed them again. No reply. After another 1 week, I emailed them again asking to cancel and refund. No reply. After 3 more days I filed a claim charge back on Credit Card. SCAM AYP Healthcare. I definitely block this website in my browsers and share my experience on every reviews I can - shame on me to have waited trustfully for so long.

United Kingdom | 08 June 2024If I could award fewer stars I would. I placed an order in February and it has not arrived. about a month ago, I asked for a refund. It has not been given. Emails go unanswered . The online chat is never manned in my experience. I am seriously thinking of taking them to the small claims court. If the NHS uses them I am nor surprised that it is in such a mess. I feel really frustrated and angry with them. Is it actually a pharmacy or is it just an online scheme for scamming people out of their money?

United Kingdom | 08 June 2024Order placed 22nd April, with postage expected within 2-5 business days. Waited until after this time to enquire where my order was. After chasing multiple times they replied; “Regrettably, we've experienced some unforeseen delays recently due to a surge in orders during this busy time of year. This sudden increase has created a backlog, causing temporary disruptions in our processing and dispatching operations. However, please rest assured that our team has been working diligently to address these challenges, and our systems are now back to full operation. We expect your order to be dispatched by or before the end of next week as we continue to work hard to clear the backlog.” Still did not receive my order so have requested a refund multiple times, but they will not respond to my contact attempts. UPDATE: finally received my items over 2 months too late, having said they would refund me in full. Now they expect me to risk returning the items at my expense when they never respond to emails in a timely fashion, and their phone number just hangs up. Horrendous service meant to provide items for sick people. They may be cheap, but do yourself a favour a buy elsewhere unless you have months to wait for delivery.

I’ve messaged this company three times asking for a refund or asking where the order is and they have yet to respond to me. This company just takes your money, doesn’t deliver and then shuts you down and never respond, I imagine they are a sham or a fake company.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2024I would give this no stars if I could. My order was placed on 11 January 2024. I have an order number and money was taken, but no product has been delivered. I have chased my order on numerous occasions, only to receive automatic reply’s and sometimes no response. I have been told there was a problem with the new robotic system, but since then I have been told my order would be with me in a few days. This has happened a few times. The reply also says I can have a refund. I have requested a refund three times and get no response. I am beginning to think the whole thing is a scam, or the company have gone out of business. This medication was for my elderly mother, we have sourced medication elsewhere, but have had to spend money we cannot afford.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2024I have given one star because it is not possible to give zero. I placed an order with this company over two months ago on a 5 day delivery promise. I have chased this order multiple times and all I get is lies. They tell me "they are working through a back log and will deliver shortly". They have told me this lie several times over the past 61 days and despite me pointing out to them it is obviously not true, they persist with this story. Avoid them at all costs, worst customer service I have ever received.

Placed my order on 7th May 2024, approved by Pharmacist same day after 7 day wait it was still processing, so raised ticket to chase; 5 days to respond promised item would be despatch by end of following week, stating they had back log, chased again, similar unhelpful ambiguous response will be with you next week. Was given option to request refund or wait. I selected refund on 28th May to date no response. I got my money back by submitting dispute claim with my bank. Not sure what issues are but this is one of the worse customer service I have experienced probably a one man band with fancy website and no infrastructure or manpower. Totally dishonest responses. Lesson learned check Trust Pilot before placing order! Cannot recommend.

United Kingdom | 05 June 2024My prescription never arrived from order in March. Cost of order circa £20. I chased up by email and received an email explaining some issues with their warehouse. Still order. never arrived, so sent a further email and received the same automatic message about problem with their warehouse. Eventually, I was offered a refund which I accepted. This however never arrived despite numerous chasers. I've not been able to call them as they don't publish any tel number. My advice, go to another on-line pharmacy. These guys take your money and disappear with it.

Despite numerous attempts to contact them via messages and emails, we have received no response. Additionally, there are no phone numbers listed on their website. Do not trust this store.

I ordered bariatric vitamins at the cost of £40 in February 2024, but never received them, I sent around 20 emails asking for my money back with no hope, now it's June 2024 and I have given up realizing I was scammed 😞 if you read this before ordering then good luck

I did receive an email saying they had problems with the technology, I got in touch and said I would wait . That's over 10 weeks now and still no order or refund . I certainly won't place any further orders to this company.
