On going been 4 weeks and I haven’t received my order!!! It’s antihistamine and I need it. So I bought 11 packets because I’m asthmatic thinking I’d receive them quite quickly-obviously not. If I’d checked the reviews I’d wouldn’t have bothered. The last communication was that they’ll send them out in 2-4 days —2 days ago so if I havnt received them in that time I’m going to get my money back-absolutely shocking!!!! Never again will I buy from this company. If I don’t get my money back I’ll be taking this further-I promise you that Thing is people rely on you ayp once they’ve placed their orders they think like me it’ll be here. I could have got some from someone else which I’ve had to do-so if it’s not here next week I’ll have my money back and use the other supplier!!! Absolutely poor very poor To add today 7the June-My order was put on 2nd May it’s now 7th of June. So still havnt herd from this company and I’ve asked for my money back and received nothing- no communication no goods. I have written a letter of complaint before I contact trading standards.

Placed an order with a 3-5 day delivery frame, over a month later and no products have been delivered despite sending multiple emails asking for updates. I got sent the same email twice (copied and pasted) stating there has been a backlog in their system, and when asked for a refund I have been completely ignored multiple times. Complete scam. I recommend everyone use the National Cyber Security Centre website to report this website as a scam.

I have been using AYP for over 5 years and often recommended the company to family and friends along with recommendations on social media with rave reviews. I could never fault them. Unfortunately, due to whatever issue they've had internally, an order I placed on the 8th of March has never appeared despite numerous attempts to communicate with them. They responded on the 18th March saying by the end of the following week, and then again with the same lies at the end of April stating it will be by the end of the next week. My latest emails have gone unanswered. I'm going to take advice from others who have had a similar experience recently and go through my bank. Very sad.

Placed order on 16th april,it said 3-5 days delivery,I havent received a thing!sent many emails asking where my items are,they answered only once about a week later to say there was a slight delay,will be with me within a week.....still no items!I've asked for a refund & just been completely ignored,I've had to go through my bank to get my money back,they started an investigation into whats happened & I received an email to say this company ignored them also.this company is a total scam,do not buy from them,they take your money & you dont receive a thing!!!!

I placed an order for libre 2 sensors, for my mum who is 87, has dementia and hates to finger blood test. 4 sensors ordered for £199. No delivery, same excuse, delay in delivery, no refund. Will be reporting them as a scam site.

1st and last time I shall use this company, communication very poor, placed order 13th April still waiting for goods, never received a order confirmation, money went out of account same day as order. Have requested refund, not had a reply.

I made an order in February and my items have still not arrived. I have sent multiple emails to AYP asking when my items will arrive and then that i want a refund. My messages have been ignored and i still have had no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order at begining of May but it has not been received. Communications receive no response. I believe that this is a scam company and I will now have to go to my credit card company to try and get and get a refund- AVOID.

Ordered end of Jan, took my money, now end of May no goods no refund. They are worse than scammers. Do not use this company they are thieves. You have been warned

Order not received after 30 days. They don't take phonecalls, they ignore emails and I only had one response to a message sent through contact form. Refund requested but no response. The products are still showing as being in stock and available to order. If they can't fulfill the orders then they need to stop taking them! I have had to raise with my bank for a chargeback.

My order is nearly 3 months overdue and when i asked for a refund as i have sourced the product from another supplier i have been ignored . Please read the reviews of this company i wish i had and i would have never placed the order at all

I ordered eye drops on 29th April 24 and still don’t have them on 31st May 24. They have admitted that they never even had the product that they were advertising, but never told me. They mis sold to me. I am now chasing a refund every day with no response. Having to go to my credit card provider and report them to Trading Standards. Will never shop with them again.

I ordered a month ago (29 day) and haven’t received my items. I’ve emailed now 6 times. The first email they replied saying that it would be dispatched in the next few days it never was dispatched, the rest of the emails have been ignored. I will get my bank to reverse the transaction tomorrow on day 30.

Ordered with a 3 to 5 days delivery service on 3rd of May. After 10 days of waiting enquired where my order is. Got response they are extremely busy and my order will be posted within one week. 2 weeks gone still nothing. Requested refund, nothing. Emailed again and again nothing. I think their trading days are over. As many latest reviews state; previously was reliable company. Avoid.

Never Received items. Payment was taken. Contacted them via phone and email was advised they had technical difficulties, and assured items would be sent. After 4 months have not received items or refund. They no longer respond to emails. I have had to refer to my bank.

Don't ever order anything from them, nearly a month ago was never told it wasn't in stock or given any update, not even given an order confirmation, I have messaged and emailed them several times and just get ignored, they are obviously scamming people out of their money next step trade in standards.

Absolute joke of a company. Please read google reviews. All one star reviews for orders still not recieved. Will be contacting trading standards. Give me my money back or deliver what i ordered!!!!

I placed an order on 3 March, have contacted the company several times regarding my order, first it was the systems went down, we will process your order in two working days, we will email when your order is dispatched, I since requested the order be cancelled and asked for a refund, have heard nothing since. Will never use these people again..

If I could give no stars I would!! Avoid these useless clowns at all cost. I ordered items 07/05/2024 they still not arrived as of 29/05/204 after being told items 2-4 day delivery. NO status update on delivery or orders and customer service crap they do not respond to contact forms via website. i have launched a chargeback with the bank against these scammers!!!
