Placed an order in March, it is now almost the end of May, and I still haven’t received my order. I have contacted them twice but nothing has been resolved and no refund. I might have to accept that I’m going to lose my money.

19th April i placed my order, expected delivery within a week, didn't receive anything so wrote to ask why, they said they'd been really busy getting orders sent out etc and they'd be sending them out about 10 days later, that I'd get an email when dispatched, its now 22nd May and still received nothing, I've emailed several time now but they don't reply, customer service stinks, would never buy from them again, wish I'd thought to check these reviews before ordering

Do not use this awful company. I placed my order over a month ago and still have not received anything, no update on when I can expect it and they do not reply to email enquires, I have asked twice for a refund with no response so now I have taken this up with my bank to get my money back.

WARNING Stay well clear from this company !! I ordered £40 of items on march . Still received nothing . Won’t answer call . I eventually go an email saying it was on its way . Emailed 2 weeks ago for a refund . No reply . This is 21st May . I guess I may forget about my items and £40 Do Not use

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete sham of a company. Took my money, gave various different excuses to say that my order was delayed due to a shipping backlog. Followed up numerous times where they would either say that that my order would be shipped in 2-4 business day or by the end of the week. Well it’s been over 3 months and I have no order and they have now chosen to ignore my requests for a refund. Will report to trading standards if I do not receive a refund in my last attempt.

These people are crooks! They took my money, never sent the medication and won’t answer my emails.

This company is a disgrace. I hve used AYP previously, with no problem. However an order I placed on 2 April has not been delivered. I have made numerous requests for it to be delivered, and despite one reply, a month ago, saying the orser would be delivered the following week, no further replies. Are the company in financial difficulties?

Ordered eye drops on 2/5/24 I have still not received them. After waiting a week for my order, I emailed twice and I did get a reply to my second email that they would be despatched in 2 to 4 days but after waitng another week! I tried emailing twice more, since then I have had no response! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company!

This company is effectively no longer trading, although you can place an order and they will take your money. Like many others my order never shipped, an email query got the same auto response with broken assurances and my requests to cancel and refund ignored. I placed a claim with Mastercard who were very good with refunding me. I advise you to do the same asap. Pity, I used them before and they were good.

I've used AYP healthcare numerous times however, I placed an order on 24th April and still haven't received a thing. I have had to contact AYP twice asking for an update, no follow up, extremely poor customer service on this occasion. Requested order refund, I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Unfortunately gone down hill. I really used to rate AYP Healthcare until my recent order on 6th April 2024 was not fulfilled. Despite me sending emails and them reassuring me that my order was in hand , they are now ignoring any requests I make regarding that order, I asked for a refund......Still waiting.. Another on line company lost their way regarding Customer Service

Order made in February. Chased and had one response re warehouse problems, further messages sent and no response received and not answering there phones either im guessing i not the only one who's not happy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Their website won't accept payment and they neither answer the phone nor man their web chatline. Oh dear - it's been good till now. Downhill is often the way with online sellers.

Avoid at all costs, happy to take your money and not send your order, have tried to contact but no reply, completely rip-off merchants who shouldn't be allowed to exist. **Update, after threats of taking this further, miraculously my parcel turned up a few days later, it shouldn't take that much work and threats to get the products you ordered and paid for.

Scammers. I haven’t received my order. When contacted they sent ChatGPT generated generic answer and never get back with any solution. They just ignore and don’t answer to their customers requests. Lost money, luckily under £10. Avoid at all costs

Failed to deliver an order. Failed to respond to repeated requests for updates (and, subsequently, to cancel the order). Had to resort to my credit card company to get my money back (after a month). Will NEVER use this company again!
