Ordered some cream which is supposed to be delivery 2to 5 days ..this was 4 weeks ago!..had an email off them last week saying sorry for the delay blah blah and that would be sent out end last week still waiting ! Have requested cancellation of order and refund has no response

Ordered item in February, delivery due within 2-5 days. A month later still no delivery after contacting AYP several times on the automated system, requested a refund at this time as the item is no longer needed, had to purchase elsewhere because of the delay. It is now middle of May and have received no refund or any further correspondence. Absolute disgrace, must be a scam

I am still waiting on either my order or a refund. Nothing!!! I ordered on the 22 April. Do not use this company!!! They are telling me they are in OVER LOAD!!! Orders will take 4 weeks or more!!!!

I ordered some tablets for my migraines from this company on the 30th April I received an email with order confirmed and on the website it said 2 to 3 days, I had heard nothing by the 4th may so I emailed them asking about the order, they responded with this email on the 6th may. Delivered by Zendesk I still have not received the tablets or any update which to me is disgusting as I had to answer questions to get these tablets, I emailed them last night and I am still awaiting a response I have asked for a full refund plus postage which I paid for. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered but you think it is an online pharmacy I won't have a problem. Obviously there is a problem and it does not matter whether what you purchased was a £1 or £200 you have paid for a product and you do not get any emails to tell you of a delay or anything. Disgusting service and will defo not be using again and if I don't get the refund I will contact my bank. I only gave 1 star because I had to because trust me it would defo be minus stars for them. Luckily I ordered some from somewhere else as well and they was with me within 3 days I ordered online as they are hard to get plus I have prescription tablets for my migraines as well thank God I did not have a prescription for them especially if it was a prescription for life saving tablets as I would be dead by now

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My parcel was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. Tried contacting AYP's support but the chat is always unavailable. I got a response on email eventually, saying delays in shipping - but my parcel had apparently been delivered. Makes no sense. Terrible customer service.

Terrible company to deal with. Still waiting for my order and they ignore the chat feature and emails. Have been waiting 2 weeks now when their website says 2-5 days. Now contacting my bank to pursue a refund. Avoid at all costs!

DON’T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY they are awful, they don’t get in touch and don’t send your order or give you a refund. Still not got my refund over a month later and constant emails from me asking for it. Just a bunch of thieves

Sorry to say really poor communication. I placed an order on the 25 March 2024 and have chased a few times, to be told they have a problem with a computer system. I asked for a refund so I could buy the items elsewhere, but nothing, silence!! I still can't get any answers, or my money back. I won't be using AYP Healthcare again as I need to be confident that online companies will keep in touch with any issues.

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago, had to chase them myself no updates. Was then told days later it would be another 2 weeks to dispatch. Replied to get a refund and was told the order would be dispatched in a few days or I could have a refund. Asked for the refund and have never heard anything since. No delivery, no refund, no replies to my emails since asking about what is going on. Awful company to deal with would steer well clear.

Very disappointing I placed an order on 1st April and have still not received it (now 14th May). I have emailed almost daily for an update and tried the online chat to locate my order. They replied once with a date that has been and gone, now all emails are ignored. There is no direct phone number to call for online order help. Very disappointing and will never use again.

Ordered product 13th January. Money taken from my account then. Product (eye drops for ongoing condition) 2-5 day delivery. Order still being processed - end Jan Phone line has automated messaged not taking calls Chat assistant says everyone is currently offline. After a refund if they can't meet provision of goods as per payment. Not a good experience. May 2024 update - no product, no refund. Concerning if this is widespread experience. At worse abhorrent and shameful if others have experienced this, will purchasing medicine or medical products urgently needed for their/familes health and well-being. Recommend also reading Trust Pilot reviews for: ayphealthcare.co.uk and reviews on Google maps. Fyi Details of inspections/conditions from General Pharmaceutical Council publicly available, worth a read..

The one star is given reluctantly and only because I have no option as I wanted to write a review. This company is extremely poor in all respects, but especially in communication. I received an apologetic letter citing heavy demand and a backlog but still promising delivery that never happened and thanking me for my understanding which I never gave. I also asked for a refund twice, but nothing - and the weeks passed by. In the meantime I ordered and received the goods within 4 days from The Independent Pharmacy (from whom I will order in future) which I should have done in the first place. Of course, now I'm not surprised that AYP Healthcare does not offer Paypal as a payment option because they would lose a lot of money through Paypal's brilliant refund policy. Instead I have requested a charge-back on my Visa card and am waiting to see if that is successful. I would advise others to shop elsewhere. Update: Visa did indeed refund my money in full, so worth contacting your bank

Order was supposed to be around 3 working days but in fact was a whole month. Had a message from them saying a new computer system had failed, but i asked if they could at least refund the delivery cost. Had ordered 3 bottles of eye drops, but the delay meant i ran out and had to go to the high street and buy a bottle (£12 so not cheap). I now have 4 bottles!

Delivery took over a month with no update to explain why/what the delay was. Despite trying to contact AYP by email and telephone to find out where my order was and as my account was debited on the date my order was placed, I had no option other than to raise this as a non receipt item which my credit card provider. I would not order from this company again.

In January 24, I placed an order for delivery. I am still waiting. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them the only channel is to use the zendesk. This just sends the same computer response "sorry you delivery will be 2 to 4 days" Now over 3 months later I'm still waiting. Absolutely disgusting service. I would never use this company again. No ability to get refund or order, just caught in a loop. Money taken, no product. BEWARE.

I ordered and paid for items on March 15th. I still haven't received them and apart from an initial message to say they had issues with dispensing the items, they have not replied to any of my messages. No phone number that I can see. I seem to be talking to dead air. Not what I would expect from a pharmacy company that should be trusted to take care of sick customers. It has now been 2 mths and my order is marked as in progress! How do I get to speak to someone who can deal with this? I've had to buy items elsewhere and want my money back. As it stands I have been very patient but I could not recommend this company at all plus no customer service

So I placed an order on 1st April, with delivery expected in 2-4 days. A week passed and nothing. Wrote an e mail chasing and was told they had introduced a new system and order should be with me in a week. Despite several chasers from me, it’s now 13th May and still no order. A total shambles of a company avoid like the plague!

Terrible company to deal with. Emailed several times about my order placed on 21st March 2024. At first happy to wait, but now keep asking, 3 times, for refund. Now really unhappy no refund. Would not use them again. Dreadful communication. Also surprisingly, phone lines DON'T WORK. if something does not happen within 7 days I will seek further advice.
